Place is in a nice quiet spot with an amazing view. Sunrise is amazing from the balcony and sea turtles can be seen daily at high tide. The only complaint for me is the living room furniture is super uncomfortable. Outside of that, we’ll be back.
This condo was very well located and had the thing most important to us, a fabulous view from our patio. Being on the 4th floor and situated as it was, our patio was comfortably out of the wind and we spent hours out there.The host for this property is excellent and srguably the best we have experienced..
What more could you want? Whales, turtles 24/7 and the sounds of the waves to help you sleep. Highly recommend.
Loved the quiet area. It was a great central location. The condo was very nicely set up. Saw turtles right out front in the water, and we also saw a monk seal.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I don't think we could have been closer to the water. My husband said that it was actually loud...kidding. The condo is exactly as pictured. Very clean and well-appointed. Communication with the host was fantastic. The condo is very well located. We threw the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella in the rental car and just explored each day. And yes we could see the turtles even from the balcony!!! A++++++
My niece and I stayed at this vacation condo in early September, and it was an unforgettable experience! The breathtaking view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and we loved watching turtles swimming in the water below. The condo itself was very comfortable making it easy to relax and unwind. A wonderful surprise was the delicious banana bread in the welcome gift basket – such a thoughtful touch!
The upgraded balcony table, which now seats four, came in handy when family visited one day. And the washer dryer was so nice to have so we came home with everything clean. The manager was immediately available by phone to resolve a minor issue arose. Overall, we had an amazing stay and as we were leaving my niece said we had to return to this unit again! Highly recommend!

First time in Maui and we had the best view!!! Not only can you enjoy the turtles when they come within the rocks below, but you can watch the sunrise every morning from behind Haleakalā Mountain, watch whales breach in the bay in February, and enjoy the sounds of the ocean anytime you desire. Wow! The lanai/view alone was worth the trip! The bedroom windows look out at the green lush west Maui mountain range. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Location was great. We will definitely stay here again!!
The lanai is very peaceful and relaxing in the morning and a perfect location to watch the amazing sunrises. We spotted a few whale flippers. Having binoculars was beneficial to viewing. The place was comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay there. Mahalo.
We have stayed in this area once before and loved the neighborhood and central location. This condo was perfect! Great view, great condo. Everything was very very easy. Condo was well stocked and very clean and comfortable. We will stay here again the next time we are in Maui.
The views were amazing. Almost every day we would see turtles along the shore and whales in the bay. The location was centric for everything we wanted to do. We had a rental car so we had planned to drive to numerous sites. This property provided one parking spot in a parking garage (with roof) which was very convenient. We simply took the elevator from the basement to the 4th floor to reach the property. The property provided plenty of room for us to spread out including our dive gear. The kitchen was well appointed and included everything we needed for coffee in the mornings. Located within walking distance were restaurants, small stores, a gas station, and tours leaving the harbor next door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

No direct beach access but the beach is about a half mile away, so short drive or walk. Maalaea harbor is a very short walk away. Property manager was very responsive. Would stay again and recommend to others.

We had the most amazing vacation and the location of this condo was perfect!! It was perfect! The views are breathtaking and it’s so peaceful. We were able to grill and eat down by the ocean. I would highly recommend this condo!

Everything was as stated and very enjoyable
The property was perfect for my husband, teenager, and I. We LOVED this location, between Kihei and Lahaina. I already miss watching the sunrise over Haleakala on the lanai. Being able to watch the turtles and whales from the lanai was absolute magic!!
My wife and I stayed in the condo from Dec 28 to January 3rd and I must say the only negative thing is we should have not wasted 5 nights in Honolulu and just stayed there the whole time. Awesome, very central location perfect for driving out for day trips in all directions.
The condo was nice clean and very comfortable and the communication with the property manager was fantastic.
I would definitely recommend this property and will more than likely stay here again. All together it was a great experience.

Great location in Maalaea--easy to drive anywhere on the island. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and the patio is a joy to hang out on. Watching the turtles in the water every day was fun.
We enjoyed our stay at Sandra's condo. We found it to be very clean, tastefully decorated and exactly as described. We would watch the sunrise's every morning from our lanai. Ate most of our meals out there also. Such a great view of the ocean. The snorkel trip with Aloha Blue Charters was fun and they were very professional!!!! I would go back there tommorrow if I could. This unit is just as advertised and then some. It is clean, well maintained and well stocked. The particular area of Maui is very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. If you are looking for like-home comfort and a quiet place this is it. Owner of the unit is very courteous and helpful with vacation planning and special needs or requests. You will not be disappointed staying here!
