This beautifully decorated deluxe three bedroom condo is situated in the heart of Waikoloa Beach Resort. With no units above or below, the condo offers the most in privacy. It is newly professionally decorated in Ocean colors with granite and stainless steel appliances. It is fully loaded with everything you need for your Hawaiian vacation.
The Condo has Five Beaches within a ten minute drive. One beach is within walking distance and this beach provides swimming, snorkeling, whale watching, sunset sails, and other activities. All the beaches are excellent for swimming, snorkeling, and diving and there are turtles and multiple varieties of fish to be seen. The condo is right next to the ancient Hawaiian petroglyph trail. Other activities within walking distance are biking, golfing, and shopping. Some of the best restaurants on Island are located in the King and Queen shopping centers which are in walking distance. The shopping centers exhibit free Hawaiian shows several times a week. A Starbucks is a five minute walk away. This condo is located close to the Waikoloa Hilton and Marriott which provide special events and restaurants also. Diving shops are close by for those interested in snorkeling, diving, or tours. We stayed here for a family vacation. There were 3 couples, so it was perfect that we all had our own bedroom AND bathroom. It was also great that it had one bedroom down for my 70+ parents. The location is great; right on the golf course and within walking distance of both King's & Queen's Marketplace and the beach. We were provided with everything we needed (beach towels, shopping bags, toiletries, kitchenware and even things like Olive oil, spices, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful space. Light and airy. The kitchen was spacious and held everything we needed to cook meals.close to shops and restaurants. Only complaint was the bottom sheet would not stay on the master bed. Other than that this was a great place to stay.

Our 10-day stay in Hawaii exceeded our expectations, and the accommodations at Seabreeze were exceptional. We wholeheartedly endorse Richard's condo as your go-to choice when staying on the Big Island. Mr. Bennett, the property manager, was so helpful and he welcomed us during check-in and was very accommodating during our check-out process. The condo is spacious, and stocked with everything we could have needed. A full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, and many other amenities made for a wonderful stay. The air conditioning was delightful after being outside in the island heat. We made good use of the snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. The grill area worked very well when we had steaks one evening. While a few earlier reviews mentioned issues with patio sprinklers, we are pleased to report that we didn't encounter it, so the matter may have been resolved. The grounds are lovely, and the beautiful pool and hot tub area are wonderful for relaxing and talking with other residents. We walked to Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace multiple times and enjoyed how conveniently located they are to the villas. One day we took a 10-minute stroll to A-bay and had a wonderful dinner at Lava Lava Beach Club. Arriving there by 5pm ensured prompt seating and we enjoyed the food and atmosphere while watching the sunset over the Pacific Ocean. You will not regret choosing Seabreeze for your stay. It was an integral part of our unforgettable Hawaiian adventure!
