From the minute you walk in the door at the Sea Glass Cottage you will know you made the right decision. The cottage is beautifully furnished and very comfortable with its large Lanai and beautifully landscaped yard. It's definitely a welcomed treasure to the Poipu Beach area.
The home offers two master suites with large walk-in showers, plush king beds, ample closets, smart TVs and access to the double outdoor shower. Step out through the indoor shower to the outdoor shower to shower under the star filled Hawaiian sky. Come spend time on the spacious covered lanai, which opens up to the indoor spaces through a folding glass wall that allows the indoor and outdoor spaces to truly become one. Eat at the outdoor dining table and relax in the cool trade winds while catching a glimpse of our beautiful Hawaiian waters or watching the widescreen TV in the living room. The cottage’s gourmet kitchen is equipped with a gas range, Kitchen Aid appliances, granite countertops, open shelving and a Keurig for your favorite hot drinks. Enjoy the convenience of a full laundry, which includes a large capacity washer and dryer and a deep laundry room sink with ample countertop space.
Whether inside or outside, the cottage is designed to provide relaxation and comfort. Ceiling fans enhance the island trade winds in keeping the cottage cool. The abundant landscaping highlights the scents and beauty of Hawaiian plants. Just steps from Poipu Beach, guests begin the day watching the sunrise from the lanai while enjoying your morning cup of coffee, followed by a day of beach activities and ending the day with drinks on the lanai and steaks on the outdoor grill. I love this house! This was my second time staying at this house, and it is still my favorite place to stay in Kauai (and probably my favorite house I've ever stayed at). The two bedrooms and bathrooms are nearly identical, so it is perfect for two couples (no need to fight over the better room). We love the outdoor showers, which connect to the indoor showers (!!). During this second visit, I realized how much I love how the hardwood floors feel under my feet. The lanai is perfect for eating any meals. We love the kitchen and laundry room too. Every detail of this house is wonderful. Poipu Beach is just a block away, and the beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon at the house were great to have. We loved going for morning walks around Poipu and then heading to Little Fish to eat breakfast on the lanai before a day of activities. Also, shout out to their cleaners, because this is the cleanest place I've ever stayed in (house or hotel).

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Sea Glass Cottage. It had everything we needed - from a well equipped kitchen to great beach accessories. The cottage is clean, well maintained and designed, with lots of attention to detail, and is perfectly located just a block from the beach and a short walk for shave ice every evening. The lanai was a perfect place to relax at anytime during the day or evening. The outdoor showers were a great addition and perfect for a rinse after a day in the ocean. We would love to return!

This was our second trip to Kauai and the cottage was perfection. Such a beautiful home and so clean! Also, I didn’t think we would use the sliding glass doors because I am not a fan of bugs. Turns out if we were there during the day, that door was wise open and not a bug to be seen! We loved our stay. Thank you.

Beautiful, well maintained house with great Hawaii cottage feel. Home was super clean. Bed was super comfortable and great that each bedroom had its own spacious bathroom. Loved the lanai and short walk to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for more! Thanks for sharing.

We were very happy with the property and location. Also having the beach gear and towels available was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood and front porch area was perfect for diner or just hanging out. We saw turtles and monk seals almost every day at Poipu Beach and the restaurants in the area are fantastic along with a cute Asian market in the town of Koloa to get groceries, along with very cute gift shops.

We enjoyed our time in Poipu. With the exception of coffee filters and starter shower amenities, this little cottage had everything we needed for a great stay. Easy walk to the beach and a close drive to shopping and restaurants.

We have traveled to Kauai for the past 9 years and absolutely rate this as our favorite place to stay!! We would have loved to stay here again next year but the calendar is already full for our dates next year. This home is charming and so perfect for 2 couples. Everything you could possibly think of needing on vacation, this house has it. It’s beautifully decorated, comfortable and is in a perfect location for daily excursions, morning sunrises with a cup of coffee, and evening turtle watching. I like to cook, and this kitchen had everything I needed for every meal. Our family will be eager to return!

We brought my parents to Kauai (in their late 70s). This was a very comfortable home for all of us and very convenient to the beach, sea life, restaurants, and other sites. The amenities provided are perfect for beach days. The accordion doors are on point for evening games, dinner, or reading.

Place lives up to its pictures. Perfect place for 2 couples. 3 houses from the beach. The sliding glass doors were open the whole time to give you a perfect indoor/outdoor living space. Bedrooms are great. Kitchen has everything thing you need. Highly recommend to everyone.
