Bedroom #2 is above the living room and is sufficiently cooled by the living room A/C. In addition to the listed amenities, #403 also has a vacuum cleaner, Circulon cookware, a spice rack, Kitchenaid knife block, and Kitchenaid hand mixer, a set of mixing bowls, BBQ tools, a waterproof rechargeable Bluetooth speaker, and a Sharper Image 6-port USB charging station. The condo was amazing. The view was wonderful and we were able to spot turtles and whales right off of the lanai. The two bedrooms was a game changer and gave us all the space we needed. The AC was more than adequate to keep the loft cool. Such a great location and vacation spot.

This is the second year we stayed in 403 and our 3rd time at this complex. We love the location and how quiet the area is. Our condo had everything we needed and the view is outstanding! We used the grill, hot tub and pool. The grounds are always very well maintained. We watched whales and turtles from our lanai. The beach park down the street is our favorite spot to start our beach walk. It’s miles of uninterrupted beach... perfect for a morning or sunset walk. (Also a great place to swim) We will be back.

We stayed from July 20-27, and am so thankful we did. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The only downfall was the air conditioning didn’t keep up and made for difficult sleeping at night. But we’re in Hawaii, so it didn’t cause that much of a problem. I would stay there again.

We loved the view the minute we walked in. The rental was very cute and clean. It had a nice homey feeling. The only downfall was the water pressure in the shower was not the best, probably because it was on the fourth floor.

The condo was great! The location and view was perfect and we loved seeing the turtles everyday. We liked that we could walk to shops, restaurants and the Ocean Center. The pool was nice and beach was very close to walk to.
