This is a great little condo. Centrally located to most everything. Dinner cruises and snorkeling adventures are just blocks away at Maalaea Harbor. The condo is well represented in the pictures. Nice oversized lanai. This unit is literally only about 200 feet from the ocean. We saw more turtles from the lanai than we did on the overpriced snorkeling cruise. The grass was "golf course quality". Luckily we stayed before the annual thatching. The maintenance guy said it would look bad for a week or two and would be back to normal after that. Very well cared for property. Carpet and furniture was a little tired but that would not stop me from renting this again. I have included a Panoramic shot from the lanai. Not sure how it will come through. Haycraft park is just blocks away and is a great little beach. Kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. Everything you need is there. In addition they have provided some beach chairs, snorkels, flippers, umbrella, coolers and a boogie board. All of which we used. Very thankful for this. The only thing that was a little odd was that the living room and the main suite were seperated by a thin sliding wall. If you are the one that stays up at night you may want to put the early birds in the back bedroom. Overall this was a great condo and I would highly recommend it.
Absolutely wonderful property that suited out family perfectly. Even though it is a small property, there was adequate room for the adults and kids to have their own space as well as come together comfortably. Great amenities in the condo as well as on the property. Super easy walking distance to the marina, dining, shopping, and a beach.
Spacious two bedroom ocean front condo, fantastic view (sunrise, daytime or night). Condo was exactly as advertised. Immaculately clean upon our arrival and had all of the amenities that we needed for our one week stay. Only one minor issue during the week and management resolved it immediately. Sea turtles were easy to spot from our balcony and kept us entertained daily. Perfectly situated between the two mountains. Having a rental car is a must, and gives you access to all the shopping you need in minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo is in a great location. If you’re doing any snorkeling tours or taking the ferry to another island you can walk to the docks. The view is great and condo is as listed. The condo itself was very clean, furnishings were nice and kitchen well stocked. Checkin and checkout was a breeze! We’d stay there again without hesitation.
Views were amazing, I could not ask for anything more. I will be staying in the complex again but will not be staying at this exact condo. It needs updating, the a/c is very loud. In order to talk you had to talk louder than the a/c on the lanai and inside the condo. The a/c unit did not cool in the second bedroom so we used a fan that pushed the air into that room. Decor is old Hawaiian style, we did not mind that as much. We had more family members in same complex with updated condos and quiet a/c units that we were able to see. It all depends on what you are looking for. Absolutely an amazing view of the whales and the sea turtles hanging down by the rocks, our condo. Family members did not have the view we did. Thank you for the hospitality.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week. The property had gorgeous views, and the countless sea turtles that live just off shore were visible at almost any time. The central location made it a great starting point for any destination, and not far from the airport. The only real negative was that the sliding doors on the master bedroom were broken, so they were unable to shut. Other than that everything was wonderful.
This property was so clean, stocked with things needed for Maui experiences and not to mention the gorgeous view right on the ocean. The location was perfect for many of the adventures we did. Set-up of condo was perfect! We truly had a trip of a lifetime. I will miss my coffee with the sea turtles right out the front door every morning. Highly recommend!
What a fantastic place. Everything was perfect. 5 days of pure relaxation in this beautiful place.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Maui at this condo. The view was even better than the pictures. The sunrise right from balcony was an extra bonus and watching the turtles everyday was thrilling. The condo is close to everything. The elevator and luggage rack made things easy too. We grilled and enjoyed the pool. The second bedroom is smaller but it worked great for us and access to beach stuff was a plus!
The view is incredible. Watched the sea turtles from the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. Toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, shampoo and body scrub available until you can go shopping the next day
