Wonderful location and stocked appropriately. The only thing I would change is adding air conditioning to the main room or a much better fan. It got very hot during the day even with all the windows open fully. Cross breeze was ineffective on several days. The AC in the bedroom was amazing! Otherwise, I would not change a thing. Quite complex, pool was nice as well.

Wonderful place to stay! Location was great and served as a great home base as we explored the entire island! I definitely got spoiled by the view of the beach and the sound of the waves as I cooked breakfast every morning. The place can be slightly on the warmer side at times, but just expect that and you’ll have a great time :) my wife and I will definitely come back the next time we find ourselves on the island!
Stayed with my husband for our anniversary trip, the place was beautiful and the location is perfect! The AC in the bedroom was a godsend and the breeze in the front room comes in wonderfully. The balcony view can’t be beat and the location is perfect for anyone wanting to easily explore all the island has to offer. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance, we are already planning to be back!
Great views and location in center of Kauai was great to visit all areas. View from the lanai was wonderful. Host was outstanding. It was a little close to the road and we got traffic noise.

I cannot express enough, how beautiful and breathtaking the view was from our balcony. When I saw that it was ocean view, I figured you might be able to see a glimpse of the ocean. I never expected to see the beach with the waves crashing in the beauty of the ocean, the palm tree, everything that you could ever dream of it was like a painting in real life! The check-in was so easy the people who manage the property were so kind and helpful beyond what they needed to be. When we walked into our vacation rental, Music was playing setting the mood for our tropical paradise. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked amazingly. We frequently use the VBRO and this was by far the best one we’ve ever rented and not the most expensive either. I will for sure stay here again when we return!
Nice location centrally located between both sides of the island. Great restaurants close by. View was awesome and we loved the sound of the waves. A bit noisy with the highway so close. We had everything we needed and had a great vacation
The view is breathtaking! Lots of places close by to eat/shop, easy access to Lihue and Kapaa.
Very nice location. Unable to see sunset or sunrise from lanai due to way building faced on the bay so was a bit disappointing. We like to leave windows open but a lot of traffic noise was on both sides of building. Overall though a great place to be.
Good central location. Balcony looked right out to ocean. Could listen to the surf while in the kitchen/living room. Had a great stay and would do it again. Mere feet away from great coffee breakfast spot. It was super popular and super crowded. Farmers market in Coconut mall on Tues and Thurs. was a 10 minute walk and the ABC store had food to go including 8oz prime rib dinner for 19.99
The condo was well outfitted and clean. The location is very noisy. The unit we stated in is located right next to the main highway. You hear the cars siren etc. The owner cannot control this but it should be disclosed in the description. The beach has homeless people staying on it. At night they but. Drift wood so you cannot leave the doors open unless you like smoke.

staying during Jan-Feb, it was a bit windy, but that gave us great opportunity to watch the surfers from our lanai. The location was so convenient to get to from the airport, walk the beach, go to the marketplace, and drive to all the locations on the island. it was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bath; beach chairs, beach mats, umbrella, cooler, snorkels, walking stick for hiking, and even binoculars! we kept it clean, but there were ants daily in the kitchen as expected in a tropical location. we didn't have any need to contact the host because everything was working well throughout our stay.
The condo was adequately supplied. Only lacked oven mitts & instructions on how to use the TV. Little disappointed that the traffic of Kuhio Highway was overtaking the sound of the ocean inside & outside the condo. So many emergency vehicles going by.
Balcony looked right out to the beach but right below to the right is an abandoned building which was a bit unsightly but overall a good view straight at the beach. Street noise is a bit loud but still enjoyed the stay. Good central location. Nice pool area.

Love the location and how close it was to the beach and restaurants. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. The only issue we had was small ants in the apartment. We always cleaned up our messes and took out the trash and it was still an issue in the kitchen and bathroom. Other than that we will definitely come back to this rental it’s perfect!
Everything we needed was here, including the majestic views. We hope to stay here again soon.
We enjoyed our stay, and have no issues to report. Other than the unsightly property next door, the general area was nice and seemed safe. Beach view is wonderful. Nice central location on the island for easy access to all areas.
Amazing view, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and pillows, wonderful location to have as a home base while traveling around the island. Shayne provides so many extra items that made our trip comfortable and so enjoyable.
We enjoyed the location -- being at the water's edge, about half way between the far western and far northern towns on the island and proximity to shopping. Overall ranking 7 out of 10 as explained below.

Very close to the beach and the condo was well equipped wirh chairs, towels, cooler, etc. Enjoyed the pool also - nicely landscaped and private. Overall an excellent stay!
This spot is a great location for getting to all the fun food and things to do on the island. A/C in the bedroom made it especially awesome. There was an emergency for the cleaning person , but they got that all fixed up the next morning! Marvis was great! Shayne is a great repsonsive host and Jesse the onsite manager was super helpful!
This unit was super quiet. We had the beach below practically to ourselves, outside of a few local fishermen who added to the scene. The
owner quickly responded to all questions, and was very helpful with suggestions for the area's activities. We would recommend this rental.
The check-in process was seamless with the instructions emailed ahead of time. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the AC in the bedroom worked well. The balcony overlooking the ocean was enjoyed every morning and evening! The Coconut Marketplace was a short walk away, where we had dinner and bought groceries a few times. We would definitely stay here again!
Loved this place. Central location. View does NOT disappoint. It's what you want in a tropical getaway. The apartment is comfortable BUT there is NO AC in the living room which is where the view is. It was so very hot when we were there..end of Aug. The bedroom does have a portable type AC unit that worked great.
Oveall,Fantastic!! I'd love to go back.
