Great area, about half way between the 2 sides of the island. The condo was clean and furnished nicely. The bed was comfortable, the balcony great, what more can you ask for! Hope to come back someday.

This condo was excellent for our stay on Kauai. The ocean view from the lanai was so welcoming every morning. We had everything we needed for the stay in the condo. The central location was excellent for visiting all areas of the island from Tunnels beach to Waimea Canyon.

Clean location with plenty of parking. Self check in to get parking pass at front office which they leave later at your door. Lanai gives you spectacular views of the ocean

The condo was as described, was in a great location in the middle of Kauai. There was a gas station, great coffee/breakfast locations within walking distance and a microbrewery. Would recommend and stay there again!

The Wailua Bay View apartment we stayed in for 2 weeks was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Beach access was literally just down the stairs. The ocean and beach views from our unit were spectacular; we even could spot whales off in the distance. The wing surfers and other aquatic sportsters were a constant source of entertainment. Grocery stores, a farmers market, art and souvenir shops, and restaurants were either within a short walk or a few minutes drive. Proximity and easy access to the main road, Kuhio Highway (56), is a mixed blessing as the road is well traveled 24 hours a day it seems, with the exception of Sunday evenings when the traffic seemed to lessen. But the sounds of the surf spilling up on the beach and rocks below our balcony muffled any other neighboring noises. My wife and I would do it all again.

Our stay was great! The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was nicely remodeled and the deck had amazing views. We had everything we needed for a great stay!

The condo unit was perfect for me! It was so easy to get all around the island for a week. The view of the sunrise, sound of the waves, and walk along the beach was the absolute highlight of my day. I appreciated having a washer/dryer so my laundry was done and packed for my return trip home. I would definitely stay here again. Anyone worried about only having an AC in the bedroom need not worry. When in the living and dining room, an AC is not needed with the tradewinds. I slept sound with the AC in the bedroom.

The only downside is if you are on the lenai, there is a old broken down building to your right which is a bit of an eye sore. The building is also off a main road, so it can be a little loud at night time and early in the morning.

My husband and I stayed in one unit and our daughter and boyfriend stayed in the other. They got engaged while we were here! The views were breathtaking and the units clean and very comfortable. We saw seals and a turtle swimming right below us and watched a fisherman catch and release a shark during one of our morning coffees on the lanai. Shayne was so responsive to all our maneuvering when we thought we’d be unable to spend our 2nd week in Maui because of the fires and so gracious when we found out we could. Not only do I highly recommend this unit, but I know we will be back soon.
