This amazing 650 square foot, ground floor condo in Building H is on what many consider to be "the finest family beach on Kauai". Just steps from the pool and beach, this condominium provides the best location for island fun. No stairs to climb, just exit the lanai to the beach or stroll through the beautifully manicured gardens to the pool, tennis courts, croquet court, barbecue/picnic areas, fitness facility, and shuffle board. Take a short walk through historic Kapa'a town for great island shopping, food, and recreation.
This condo comfortably sleeps four people. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, plenty of storage, plus a flat screen TV. The living room has a queen-size Murphy Bed plus a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pans, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave with a comfortable dining area. The condo was recently upgraded with beautiful new cabinets and counter tops.
For reservations longer than 14 days, we suggest a mid-stay clean -- additional $185 cleaning fee -- in which our housekeeper will refresh bed linens & bath towels, clean the unit, and replenish provided toiletries/supplies.
+ Parking is free and there are no resort fees.
+ A one-time cleaning fee of $185 to ensure the condo is sparkling clean for your arrival. + If you happen to need any items re-stocked/refreshed during your stay, we would suggest that you purchase or clean them on your own. We can have our housekeeper refresh the linens, towels, and supplies but they charge us a $45 fee to do so which would be passed on.

Jared’s condo was clean, spacious, and close to amenities. He was a very responsive host and answered our questions promptly. Kauai is absolutely beautiful and we would love to stay at Jared’s condo again.

the location was perfect for mû family ans as advertised. it allows easy access to other sites and beaches to visit. the complex is well maintained, the swimming pool and spa complemented our days well. the coffee at the nearby Java Kai is excellent. Thank you!

This was our second stay at this condo and it was a great visit. The location is very convenient - right off the walk/bike path and a short walk to coffee, juices, meals, and shops. The unit was super clean and nice extras included (chairs, towels, etc). The grounds are meticulously maintained as well. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, clean grounds just steps from the ocean. The sun rise in the morning is the most amazing sight. It was our daughters 14th birthday- the resort offers plenty of activities, the unit is just steps from the pool, with laundry and bbq's just steps away from the unit.
Jared is a fantastic host to deal with, answers questions almost immediately- and offers many tips on restaurants and things to see and do.
Overall 11/ 10 rating. The absolute only negative i could possibly say is the patio chairs could use cushions. However, that by no means had any real impact on our vacation. The room was fully stocked with boogy boards, snorkels, lawn chairs and a cooler for snacks and drinks.
I would recommend this property and unit to anyone i know who would like to visit the beautiful island of Kauai.

Have stayed at the resort multiple times, not via VRBO. This owner has updated the property. We had an issue with the shower faucet and the owner responded almost instantly and made sure the issue was resolved. The communication was excellent. Liked the extras in the room that we were able to use; beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and sand toys. Would definitely rent with this owner and unit again.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. Both the booking and check-in were easy. Jared was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. The condo and Pono Kai property are beautifully maintained and quiet. We loved walking on the trail along the beach, the convenient bbq grills, and the central location on the island. The condo had everything you needed for a beach trip: chairs, boogie boards, towels, and a cooler! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the near future!

This unit was perfect for our stay! It was super clean, comfortable, well stocked with essentials, and it had all of the extras needed for fun at the beach! The property was beautifully kept it even had a koi pond and hammocks strategically placed. We woke up early just to experience a phenomenal sunrise. The location of the unit is great, we walked to town for fresh fruit at the farmer’s market, delicious burgers at Bubbu’s, and a wonderful breakfast at Java Kai, This was a fantastic recommendation from our host Jared. Check in was a breeze, staff was friendly

The location was perfect and it was a lovely condo. My only comment is I think the owner was a little stingy with amenities; i.e., only two beach towels were provided, no salt and pepper, no sugar, only one laundry pod. Other things that were there were very low and we had to purchase new, i.e., coffee.
