Our family of four had a fantastic stay at this 2-bedroom unit! The space was surprisingly roomy and very comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax after beach days. The layout worked perfectly for us, and everything was clean and well-maintained.The amenities were definitely above average—we had everything we needed for a smooth and easy stay, including a well stocked kitchen, boogie and surfboard, beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear, which made heading out to the beach super convenient.Laura was a wonderful host, with prompt, clear, and friendly communication from booking through check-out. She made everything simple and stress-free.The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed including local shops and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend this spot for a family getaway!
We loved our stay! The condo is very comfortable. Beds are great - even the sofa bed is comfortable. It was also nice to have a full sectional and spacious living room that was a separate area to where the sofa bed couch is. It is only a 2 min walk from the beach, and we loved the location. The house has beach chairs and boogie boards for use. Sunny and spacious. We also loved being able to use the pool/gym/tennis/pickleball/restaurant across the street at the athletic club. Great location for seeing everything in Kauai. Please note - we didn't realize that there was no washer/dryer. For a holiday with lots of sand, this was a challenge. The listing says there is a laundromat nearby, but we didn't find one less than a 20 min drive away - not very close in my opinion.
Incredibly noisy, walls are too thin. Building was difficult to find, numbering on outside of buildings was sparse. No information on the tsunami or where to evacuate was given. Everybody was constantly tired because the noise interfered with sleep.
We just finished our stay at this lovely condo. No notes. It was fantastic. The pictures are accurate, the place is immaculate and the perfect size for our family of 5. Plenty of beach gear, including a surfboard our teenagers used daily. If you book this place, you will not regret it. Hope to come back!

We have stayed at the Kiahuna Plantation many times and this unit has been the best so far. The unit was updated and comfortable. The A/C units were a plus. Easy parking. Would stay there again.
The location couldn't have been better for our entire family to walk down and surf. We'll be back for sure!
This VRBO has everything needed to comfortably relax and enjoy some downtime. Our family appreciated that the shared space (lanai, kitchen, dining, and living room) was on a different level than the bedrooms and bathrooms. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers in the VRBO and had plenty of space to sit together as well as separately when we wanted some privacy. We also appreciated the quality of the furniture, especially the mattresses and bedding. I've stayed in enough VRBOs to know this is not always a given. One thing to be aware of in these units (not just this VRBO) is that there are shudders vs glass windows in the kitchen and bedrooms. This allows noise to easily travel in (and out) at all times of the day which is most problematic in the guest bedroom if you are a light sleeper due to other nearby guests and roosters. From the VRBO, it's a short walk to anything you need - grocery, coffee, fitness, pool, beach, etc. Overall, this is a great property and I would definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional proximity of this unit to various amenities. It was truly delightful that our teenagers had the convenience of walking to the beach, shopping plaza, restaurants, and the athletic club. Speaking of the club, it exceeded our expectations in every way. The photographs don’t capture the true essence of both the condo and club; they are even more impressive in person. Opting for the upgraded unit was unquestionably a wise decision, and the disparity between it and another unit we viewed was substantial.
We thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to engage in tennis, exercise, and dining directly across the street at the club. Moreover, the adjacent plaza offered an array of outstanding dining options, including Mexican, Thai, sushi, gelato, and Italian (notably featuring a superb gluten-free crust), among several others. When deciding between the north end (Princeville area) and this location, we couldn't be happier with our choice of the south side, which offers a wealth of family-friendly activities & beautiful beaches.
The property boasts comfy beds, large TVs, a selection of books and games, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, making our stay all the more enjoyable. It was meticulously cleaned and well-maintained. I highly recommend this beachside community.

We loved our week in Laura's condo! She was lightning fast responsive, extremely helpful in her replies, and very accurate in her descriptions. The condo was clean, updated, and had all the amenities we needed for a week in Paradise. The location within walking distance to the beach was ideal, and the resort grounds were meticulously maintained with plumeria and mango trees among orchids and palms. Thank you for for sharing your little piece of Paradise with us. We hope to return again, not so far in the future. Mahalo and e malama!

This was our first real travel with our daughter and it was perfect for her. We had an amazing time here. The location was so much better than we anticipated, you're so close you can hear the waves. Just a 4min walk to the actual beach which, at least for the duration of our stay, wasn't crowded at all. Our daughter spread out all the sand castles.
The accommodation itself was very clean, nice relaxing decor (even better than the pictures at the moment) and well stocked with kitchen cooking needs so we could prepare a few of our own meals. Our daughter could spread out and be a rambunctious 3yo without disturbing anyone. And the AC! AC is a must for a bunch of northerners who aren't used to humidity!
Overall we loved our stay so much we've already made it a goal to visit in two years, this time with both kids.

What can I say about this amazing place? I’ve stayed in a number of units on this property and this one fit us perfectly. It was our first experience having A/C in the unit - which is a game changer! The upgraded bathrooms, flooring, and furniture really stood out and enhanced our 2 week stay.
We adore the property’s plants and large grassy areas, we accessed the club across the street for the gym and pool almost everyday, a short walk to one of the best beaches in the world, easy access to shops and restaurants, it truly was paradise for us.
Laura was very communicative, flexible, and helpful. Everything you could want in a host. My other family members didn’t book through VRBO and were jealous of our connection and communication. She was very generous opening up her home and it made us want to return the favor by honoring and taking care of it during our stay.
We try to go to Poipu Beach every 3-5 years - I’ve stayed at a different unit each time but I will absolutely try to book this one with Laura again.
We rented 3 condos in this resort for a family gathering. This particular condo became the favorite place to hang out because the upstairs living room/dining room area is so comfortable and spacious and it was the only one unit with air conditioning.
We enjoyed our stay…. Especially all the beach toys! We ended up locking our self’s out one night and the owner was very helpful getting us back in even though it was 4am her time.
We loved staying here. The condo is well stocked (beach chairs, kitchen basics). The lawn and beach area were so nice and great for swimming which is not always the case in Kauai. The grounds are beautiful, quiet and very safe. All in all it is an extremely relaxing location and comfortable stay.
Property was larger and nicer than expected. The location is great, easy walk to the beach and there are great food/drink options within walking distance. Bonus: They provide all the beach toys & necessities you could want.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything including Tupperware which is always hard to come by. Cozy linens and comfy living room couch made sleeping and relaxing easy.
Even had a few toys and kids books for my 3 yr old. We forgot a sound machine and thankfully the second bedroom had one.
All of the beach gear was so nice to have, made our beach trips great.
The only one downfall is the interior doors are slatted and so noise travels very easily. And the air conditioner out back makes a plane take off and landing noise that kept me up. But I’m a light sleeper!
Note that the pool is located at the Athletic club across the st, a short drive. That wasn’t clear to me from the description. So long walk but accessible. It was a nice club!
We highly recommend this unit to anyone, including small families!

Loved this vacation spot. No beach views but just a small little walk to beach. We would definitely stay here again! Well stocked with everything you would need. I was in need of a book for the beach it would have been nice to have a few books on the bookshelf since book stores are hard to find around this location.
