We had a great stay. Sugar beach is very relaxing.
The condo was perfect. Amazing view of the ocean and it’s close to the highway so it’s easy to get around.

Perfect for couples - couldn’t ask for a better location. On the beach for morning walks; beautiful, sparkling clean pool for afternoon swims and easy to get to all the fun things to do on Maui. Everything you need to cook in if you want, but a quick drive to great restaurants. You won’t want to miss a single beautiful Maui sunset from the balcony overlooking the beach. We even saw some whales on the horizon! And best of all, the owner Barbara was a great host. We loved this property and would highly recommend it for your vacation.

This condo is even better than advertised! We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at Nani Kai Hale – it quickly felt like home. Barbara and Mark are fantastic hosts. From the moment we booked the communication was quick and friendly. Instructions via email and left in the condo were easy to follow and informative. Barbara was even able to accommodate a last-minute request for yoga mats. A welcome note and tray of goodies were a lovely touch.
The condo was clean, modern and well cared for. New kitchen appliances with everything one needs to prepare meals and cocktails. New, easy to use windows and slider. High quality roller shades! The little touches such as reusable bags for shopping, glass soap dispensers, comfort mats in the kitchen, coffee pot option (k-cup or full pot), Tide pods for laundry and super soft sheets and pillow options (firm or soft) were well thought out. The bed was crazy comfortable! The bedroom AC worked quickly and quietly (used only at night and didn’t need to use the living room unit).
We LOVED the lanai and its gorgeous views. Sunrise, sunset and any other time of day it was a great spot to hang out.
The building itself is small and also well cared for. The lawn with umbrellas a godsend and the beach easy to walk and enjoy. We can’t wait to return!

This property has it all! It has the most beautiful views! The condo was clean and peaceful, and the owner was great! This was better than we could have imagined! We will stay here again in the future.

My husband and I stayed here for eight nights. We loved the location. The unit had everything we needed and more! We did a lot of cooking our meals at the unit and it was really nice that the kitchen was stocked with some of the basics like salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar. One of our favorite activities was having coffee on the patio in the morning, and watching the sun set in the evening. Cannot beat the sunsets!
The unit was spacious and it was a nice treat having two bathrooms. Sheets were super soft and comfy!
We would come back here and stay again in a heartbeat!

The property was ideal for our week stay. Loved the amazing direct view of the beach and sound of the waves. Spotless, with every thing necessary for a week at the beach down to travel mugs and small cooler for taking on outings! We hope to be back!

We had an amazing 8 nights at this gorgeous location. We never wanted to go out to eat as we had such a great view from the patio and elected to get to go for most meals. This is not our first trip to Maui but definitely the most relaxing and memorable place we have ever stayed. Barbara is great at communicating and made sure all our needs were met. Thank you!!
