We love the location, and this unit was wonderful! From the lanai on the ground floor we could easily enjoy the lawn, and there was plenty of space for our family if 4. We would definitely come back!

Location was perfect. unit was fantastic. Loved having the beach supplies.
As we walked into the Waikoloa Beach Villa I2 for the first time, I literally said aloud "This is wonderful!" And it was for the entire two weeks we staid.
The parental suite is beautiful with ensuite walk-in closet and bathroom. I would be remise not to mention the bidet toilet (might be a weird thing to mention, but it was awesome). Note that this part of Hawaii has hard water, so be aware the soap lathers differently. Also, the shower head isn't detachable from the wall. For those of you of average height, this shouldn't be a problem. For those of us who are vertically challenged, it was still doable.
The condo is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. Lots of pots and pans and drip coffee maker in the kitchen, laundry detergent, dish detergent, soap, etc. Moreover, there is a convenient storage closet on the lanai where all the beach gear is kept. You'll find two beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, etc. We had morning coffee on the lanai each day and got to hear the birds, mongoose and the greenskeepers who sing as they drive by! They even wave at you and wish you a good morning.
The Beach Villas are just across the street from shopping which has everything you might need: a high-end grocery store, shopping, cinema, restaurants, etc. It's also super close to beaches such as A-Bay, Kua Bay, Hapuna, Beach 69, Mauna Kea (which was our favourite). Also a close drive to Waimea for restaurants.

We were two parents, 18yo and 11yo kids. Location was great. Walking to the beach was a bit off for us since it required walking on the shoulders of a busy road. We drove to Hāpuna beach which is only 7miles away. Two shopping centers nearby and a marketplace for all necessities (but greatly overpriced). Starbucks is just across the street. Gym is compact, but good. There was no AC in the gym which made it impossible to be in with intense heat outside, but when the evening breeze starts you can open all gym sliding doors and then it’s much better.
Overall a good value for money. Recommended.
This was a family vacation that was intended to be a chance to relax and experience warm, sunny weather. Our stay at this home met and exceeded our expectations. The condo was beautifully located in a pristine resort neighborhood, with meticulously maintained exotic foliage, backing up onto a beautiful gold course. The property management as well as the reservation staff were efficient and friendly. We'd recommend this property highly.
My whole family enjoyed this stay. It was comfortable, clean, and had a great supply of beach gear. Gorgeous landscaping created privacy for the lanai, making a great living space. The location was great.
I came for a relaxing time away from the cold and enjoyed the condo very much. It is clean, well stocked, and very close to the pool as well as many shopping and eating places. I mostly walked all over Waikaloa Beach area from the condo.
