Near many exciting local attractions such as sailing, deep sea fishing, snorkeling & diving, biking, and paddling along with guided or self tours of the botanical gardens, Kileaua Volcano, Mauna Kea Summit, golf, tennis..........the list is nearly endless!
Please be advised, There is no AC in this condo. Plenty of ocean breezes and a fantastic view....

The pros of our stay were the location, oceanfront with a swimming pool and assigned covered parking. The cons were (for the street side bedroom) traffic and neighbor noise and the rooster crowing (and not just at Sun up). We have stayed at this location multiple times and enjoy the pros over other locations. Floor plans are generally very similar and not as busy as the larger buildings. The unit we were in was in need of some minor maintenance and upgrades, but was the best rate of all the rest of the units and our visit and memories more than made up for any minor inconveniences.

The place was just as expected and supplied with so much more than we expected. The view was amazing. We were aware that there was no AC but it would have been nice during the day, not needed after sunset

I only wish I could attach pictures to my review, the view is incredible! Beyond stunning sunsets, surfers to watch all day, relaxing ocean sounds all night had us leaving the windows open at all times.
Centrally located enough, but far enough away from the tourist row. Short distance to Magic Sands Beach, and anything else you’d want to do in Kona.
Pool was always available for use and virtually empty. Hot tub at sunset never got old.
Furnished just enough for our needs, kitchen had anything we wanted/needed. Bed was very comfortable, but we spent most of our time in the unit out on the patio.
We were concerned about the no air conditioning but took a chance, and the beautiful ocean breeze and fans kept air flowing, and we were never too hot or missed the a/c.
We’ve already shared with all of our family and encourage everyone to take advantage of this steal of a deal. Other units in the same building are triple what this one is and it has been my favorite stay. We will DEFINITELY be back and booking again.

This condo has a great location on the oceanfront and not far from town. We found the recliner, swivel chairs to be very comfortable which is really important to us. The unit was very well equipped including two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a boogie board. The unit was quiet except for the ocean waves which we enjoyed. There is no AC but the ocean breeze and fans kept us quite comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for my family of four. The kitchen was fully equipped, and they had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, bamboo mats, beach towels, much appreciated thank you!). We were there in July with temperatures in the 90s and the fans kept the place cool. I thought we would miss having A/C, but seriously this place was great without it.
The view out the wall of windows facing the ocean was incredible. Sometimes it was hard to leave the condo to go exploring because it was so comfortable and relaxing there.
=) The condo has lots of nice touches, it really feels homey, not just a sterile condo. And the best part -- falling asleep to the sound of the waves.
We met several people who live full time in the complex, and they were all really friendly, and gave us great tips on where to go on the island.
This is a great condo and I really hope to stay here again someday.

Seamless rental. View from condo is amazing. Watch dolphins, surfers and hearing the waves crash was so relaxing.
