Property was in a good location and layout. Can use some updates but overall a great getaway

This property has everything you need and more! Very clean with all the accommodations to spend your time enjoying all that the island has to offer. Stayed here for 10 days with a family of 4. Twin beds and private bedroom and bathroom was great for staying with 2 teenage children. The snorkel gear, beach towels, bags, cooler, and chairs were a nice addition and made our beach days very enjoyable. The entire process was super easy and streamlined to ensure our time was spent the way we wanted. Property Management CJ Kimberly, mainly Abby, were more than accommodating and immediately helpful with needs or questions. The door lock was a little sticky when we checked in, there was a locksmith there the next day to fix it to make sure it wasn’t an inconvenience during our stay! A+++ Great location and view of the golf course and ocean to be very relaxing, yet close enough to Kona and activities to enjoy all the island activities. Highly recommend booking this condo for your stay on the big island, you won’t be disappointed!
This was our first vacation with each other & we’re so happy we could spend time back home! Easy check in and check out process. The unit was on the ground floor so that was a major plus. And the pool was near by! The extra pool/beach towels were great to have we were able to bring a set to the beach & have another set for the pool. Definitely will be back soon!
We spent a week at the condo and overall enjoyed. The condo is large and well equipped, they have beach equipment (Incl. snorkeling, towels etc) and the kitchen is well equipped. about 15 mins drive for downtown kona and good starting point to travel to Hilo and Volcano national park (about 2 hrs away each).
A few things to notice - 1) AC - there is small and old AC in the main living area (not sufficient) , another one in the 2nd bedroom (good enough) and NO AC on the master. You cant open any windows in the master. The master gets VERY hot and the AC from the living area isn't cooling it out, despite leaving that AC on for days. Pretty bad 2) There are no light-blocking shaders in the master. You will get light in as soon a sun rises. be prepared 3) The bathroom are VERY old. The issue is with opening the faucets - wife and daughter had to call me every tome to do that. Not great
If the owners can fix issues 1-3 , I think this can become a 4-4.5 starts property

Two A/C, one in the small bedroom and one in the living room. The fresh air does not make her way easily to the main bedroom so you have to put fans and its still a bit hot. if you wanna enjoy the balcony, you beed to turn the AC off because of the noise that it makes (it is directly situated on the balcony).

Condo was very nice, clean and easy access to get in and out of it. We only had three things we would have changed. 1)When there were people upstairs from us, they would drag the chairs across the floor and they were very heavy footed. 2) It took us a while to get the TV going so we could hear the weather and eventually we had to call the cable company. 3) the things they left us to go to the beach we're old and we toted them all the way to the beach and tried to put the umbrella up and the poll's did not fit together. With the wind blowing it was hard to sit and enjoy ourselves trying to hold on to the umbrella, we both could not go into the water at the same time.
There was a very nice lady in the office, her name was Pam that helped us out with the TV. I guess the owner had been in for surgery and no one else was there. Pam was so sweet she brought us a dozen of her chicken eggs.
Overall we had a very nice time, and would stay there again.

We have stayed at the Kona Country Club Villas previously, and the location for us was fantastic. The view is fabulous, although we were the last unit closest to the pool, so we got the lighting floodlight impeding our starlit view. The a/c unit and it's draining of water gave us grief the entire time. We hooked up a system to drain the water away from where we sat on the lanai. The items left for us to use, were basically outdated and unusable. The lack of usable fans made the unit extremely warm(especially master bedroom. No a/c and no fan. There was a small fan in m/brm closet, caked with dust and not working. The windows/ledges by the dining room table weren't cleaned in quite some time. The bedding/duvet needed to be cleaned as well. We will definitely be staying elsewhere next time.
Very close to market nice and quiet nice pools my kids and i loved it definitely wanna go back and stay again
