Great view (except power lines). The outrigger race went by. Great walking location to town. Great bed in master. Not so great, lumpy couch. Could use some instructions with tv, or maybe it's just island Spectrum. Nice deck. Corner unit does have a lot of street noise. AC units need cleaning. We cleaned the master filter. Didn't use others.
Although a little dated the unit was large, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent, close to town and all the amenities. The property manager was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this unit.

This property was one of the best properties I have stayed at ever in Hawaii. It had everything and it handled all of our needs. Plus a beautiful lanai and ocean views. It was perfect.
We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Kona. Safe, clean, & good price for partial views. Close walk to main drag with shops & restaurants and a few smaller beaches. Not swimming beaches but beautiful! Only complaint was outlets don’t work in the bathrooms & 2 masks leaked. Lovely time & not to far from many must-see beaches & places on Big Island.
Large balcony was great. It looked out to pool and the sea. Plenty of space.
The view from the room was great. It overlooks the ocean and pool. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is a closet full of stuff for a fun day at the beach. I would recommend staying here.
The condo was great! We had a beautiful view, easy walk to town shops. The property was quiet and so clean, no cockroaches.
Management was super quick to respond to all my questions.
I would absolutely stay again!
Well, the property was a little less than our standard accommodations in the mainland of the US. I was very surprised not to have central air conditioning and to have small air conditioning units in every room for that to be said it was a very adequate property. I guess we are not there just for the room. The home was located very close to down And the views were OK mostly obstructed but OK. The property maintenance was OK at best the pool condition had algae growing and grass growing out of the tiles. All I can say is Adequate At best. Again, we weren’t there for the room. The beds were quite comfortable. The TV service is OK but location and property essentially located very good thank you again. We enjoyed our trip.
We had a great stay in this condominium. It had a great location and view and very comfortable to live in and stay. A short walk to downtown for restaurants,beach and shopping. We enjoyed eating and spending time on the lanai!
The condo was clean and comfortable for everyone in our group. Lots of privacy with 3 bathrooms. We enjoyed the close proximity to Kona, beaches and Mai Tai’s. Would definitely stay here again.
We were pleased with the property. The beds were comfortable, and the unit had everything that we needed for our week stay! We walked to the Luau at the Royal Kona Resort and to downtown Kona multiple times for shopping and eating.
Very comfortable. Minor problems: could not operate DVD player; night stand lamp in small bedroom did not work.
We stayed for 3 weeks and had a great time. The lanai is beautiful and the location is great. We could walk to all the great restaurants and a few beaches. The underground parking was nice. Would definitely stay here again.
Great location for our family. Close to town, large accommodation. There were many beach items available and pool items available for use if needed. The lanai was wonderful to sit and watch the water. The beds were comfortable. Our only disappointments were that the pool was having an upgrade maintenance for half of our stay. Would absolutely recommend this unit for a family

Arrived at 1:30 am. Opened the door to an awful odour. Condo is old and smells. Furniture and carpets smell and need cleaning or replacement. Needs thorough deep cleaning. Management Company is aware. Location is great, within walking distance to downtown Kona. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
It was comfortable and had everything we needed. A little short on toilet paper and laundry detergent but we did have a group 4 women.
