Welcome to paradise! Enjoy your gorgeous 2bd 2ba, upstairs 2nd floor Kauai condo, in an extremely low density sub-division of Princeville. Very quiet and semi-secluded. Backs up to Makai golf course, with a short hike to nearby Sea Lodge beach and Wylee's beach.

Fully stocked kitchen, all new pots and pans, silver wear, cutting knives, toaster, cooking oil & salt/pepper ~ Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkel, ice chest, boogie board, board games for the kids, all included. Updated appliances and furniture ~

The Kamahana's is a 30 unit, 50% owner occupied sub-division located on the north side of Kauai, in Princeville. Princeville is one of the most exclusive areas in ALL of Hawaii, and an extremely sought out vacation destination. Just 3 miles from the nearby quaint town of Hanalei, you will fall in love with the shopping and the authentic island eats!

When comparing condos, one should research DENSITY (some have hundreds of units, plus A & B side "lock-outs".. And (if possible) also research OWNER OCCUPANCY rates. There IS a difference in these two very important factors, and location really is everything!

The Kamahana's are an "off the main road" sub-division, and is well known by people in the know (islanders). See the areal photos of 3800 Kamehameha Rd.

Note; Like most places on Kauai, there is NO CENTRAL AC, however we do have portable AC units in the bedrooms. Mahalo!

We thoroughly enjoyed at stay. Coffee on the terrace in the mornings, listening to the birds, were a highlight. We also loved seeing the baby albatross. We visited the pool every day and enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. We were very comfortable in this condo.

Property was perfect for my trip. I specifically wanted a place with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The layout was great as each room was on opposite sides. Property was clean and not too far from a grocery store and several restaurants. Would recommend if you want to stay on the north side of the island.

Overall great experience! We love your condo and the location is great! Not enough TP provided for a 2 weeks stay for 4 people. Also there was a note for guests to start a load of towels when they leave but no Kai dry detergent provided. Love the new pillows!! We would definitely rent again in the future!
