The amazing Pacific Ocean views and the spacious floor plan will have you making this your go-to vacation rental on the Big Island. We overlook the 17th hole of the prestigious Kona Country Club Golf Course. Spend early mornings on your private lanai, cook meals in your fully equipped kitchen, and stay connected with WiFi. Winter whale sighting happens daily off your lanai. You'll also have your own in-unit washer and dryer. Primary suite is furnished with king bed and ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom includes 2 extra long twin beds that can be converted to a King bed upon request and for a fee, with an adjacent bathroom with shower/tub. Window AC located in both bedrooms.

Just a few steps to one of the 3 community pools and 2 tennis courts on site. There are no stairs and assigned parking space very near unit. Country Club Villas is very well located in Kailua-Kona, just a short walk to Keauhou Shopping Center with many restaurants, multiplex movie theater, KTA Grocery store, CVS drug store, and Farmer's Market every Saturday. There is also a pick-up point for shuttle to downtown. Kahalu'u Beach Park is 1 mile away and boasts the best snorkeling on the island.

This is a non-smoking (including lanais and outside grounds) and no pets property. There is a nice designated smoking area near the main entrance. Please note that the minimum night varies seasonally, 7 - 10 nights. $10 daily additional person fee applies to occupants over the standard occupancy of 4 guests.

This condo was the perfect fit for a last minute booking for my family of 4. We loved the location and the sunset views. The condo was appointed well with all the necessities, including beach accessories such as snorkel masks and a boogie board which my kids appreciated. We used the nearby pool and tennis courts daily. Communication with the host company was top-notch and they helped clear up an issue with the Wi-Fi right away. Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again at this listing!

This place was fantastic. Situated on a picturesque hill with a beautiful view of the ocean, the Country Club Villas were an ideal place to stay for my family. Affordable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The fully equiped kitchen also made nightly meals a breeze. We felt right at home. The entire condo was spotless top to bottom. Check-in was seemless and the concierge was extremely helpful and generous in allowing us to extend our check-out time.
