The room was fantastic. We arrived two hours early and the managment was able to get us in right away! The room is ground level which is great for easy access, fromt row parking and a pool/hottub area very close by. You get a great view of the ocean and golf course. The grounds were not to busy or loud at all. The staff was very nice and helpful! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The amenities almost lasted my family of 5 our entire 11 day trip. The ac was good in the rooms but the main living quarters did get a little warm but not to bad. We would definitely stay here again!
I was impressed with how well the property was stocked with items we needed (coolers, coozies, kitchen utensils, ect.). The management was responsive and helpful.

This condo was the perfect fit for a last minute booking for my family of 4. We loved the location and the sunset views. The condo was appointed well with all the necessities, including beach accessories such as snorkel masks and a boogie board which my kids appreciated. We used the nearby pool and tennis courts daily. Communication with the host company was top-notch and they helped clear up an issue with the Wi-Fi right away. Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again at this listing!

This place was fantastic. Situated on a picturesque hill with a beautiful view of the ocean, the Country Club Villas were an ideal place to stay for my family. Affordable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The fully equiped kitchen also made nightly meals a breeze. We felt right at home. The entire condo was spotless top to bottom. Check-in was seemless and the concierge was extremely helpful and generous in allowing us to extend our check-out time.
It was perfect for my wife and I to spend a week with our daughter on the Big Island in Hawaii. It was a leisurely week while we did many things.
We have just returned from a glorious (almost) two weeks on the Big Island. This was our first time on this Hawaiian Island and we enjoyed every minute of it.
The condo was well located, very clean and tidy and very well stocked. This sounds like a ridiculously small detail but the one thing that always stands out for us is the sharpness of the kitchen knives in a rental unit. The knives in this unit were super sharp which made prep and cooking a dream. Thank you!!
We did a ton of driving and exploring on the island and it was always nice to come back to the condo to watch the spectacular sunsets from the large West facing lanai.
We will return to the Big Island and would love to stay at this unit again when we do.
Property was as described if not better - It was comfortable, peaceful, logistically great relative to market, movies, dinner and more... Anything you could possibly need was available for you - If you should need anything else my favorite market KTA is 2 minutes away. My family lives in Kahalu'u Mauka (Holualoa), I always stay on my own (so we all still adore each other after our visits), I usually prefer to stay closer to the heart of Kailua-Kona town - This condo (only minutes away from Kailua-Kona town) however has sold me to the breeze, less traffic, logistics to all necessities, including trolley for the kids and more! I enjoyed morning walks to Keauhou Bay!!! Simply great! We go to Kona every year - I will seek to stay here again as my family loved it and we all can not wait to return - Mahalo for everything!!
