You have found one of the largest units in the complex of Kuilima Estates West. This well designed 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit is a perfect fit for your next family vacation. Downstairs you will find a large living room with a screened in lanai and outdoor dining table. Just off the living room is a lovely indoor dining area with seating for six. New comfortable couch and chairs gives you ample room to relax inside after a long beach day. We have a well stocked kitchen with a spacious seating area right in the kithcen. 

On the first floor you will find the primary bedroom outfitted with queen bed, flat screen TV with cable access and window air conditioner. There is a full bathroom with bathtub downstairs as well. Upstairs you have two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, window air conditioners, ceiling fans and flat screen TVs with cable access. There is a bathroom upstairs with shower and tub.
 
There is a washer/dryer with a small supply of complementary laundry soap. Every condo is fully stocked with linens, bath and beach towels and beach chairs. We have all your kitchen needs such as a coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots, pans, rice cooker, etc. One off street, designated parking space is included and you will have access to one guest spot as well.

Just a short distance, about ¼ mile from the condo complex you will find the beautiful Fazio Golf Course at Turtle Bay Resort and all the fantastic restaurants they have to offer. You can book surf lessons, horseback riding or helicopter tours all at Turtle Bay Resort.
 
10-minute drive to Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Waimea Bay and Valley and Shark’s Cove.

20-minute drive to the town of Hale’iwa where you can find great restaurants, shopping and adventure tours like Shark Tours, jet-ski rentals, and scuba diving.

10-minute drive to Brigham Young University and Polynesian Cultural Center.

The process and property worked fine, the pool is a little dated, and no gas bbq’s, that would have been nice to grill. Rooms are set up fine, we just found a few cockroaches 1-2 a day, usually legs in the air except for one day we had to chase one out of the bedrooms. Condo was well stocked with dishes, pots, beach chairs, towels etc. only thing is I wish they would have left more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, there was 2-4 people at one time and we had to buy more rolls. We stayed 9 days. Downstairs shower needs to be snaked as it backs up.

Great access to beaches, small eateries and desserts! Sparsely furnished but very nice. An hour drive to the main attractions and airport.

The window AC units in the lower and back upper bedrooms need to be serviced or replaced. Very hot in the rooms making it impossible to sleep. We were here for my daughters wedding so getting showered and dressed we were all soaked and sweaty. I have never given a negative VRBO review prior to this. We were very disappointed having such a hot humid uncomfortable stay.
