The host and their proprty manager were very attentive to my text messages on questions I had. Room location is by one of the pools and restaurant, very convenient. The condo itself is outdated in some areas and the carpet is old, it should be replaced. The beachairs provided, one was broken and so was the umbrella. A little disappointed with not being able to use them. There were no ants in kitchen as posted from a previous guests stay. Overall if this unit gets a refresh I would stay here again.
