The is a wonderful p,a e to stay. The ocean view is fantastic and you feel right at home with this Cindi. This is the second time we have stayed I. This particular unit and it is wonderful. We always try to get this unit if available
The location is wonderful and a very nice resort, well kept up and maintaining that Hawaii ambience and culture. Condo was very comfortable, especially bed and well stocked kitchen for enjoying meals on the balcony/lanai. My only complaint was that I was not informed of the extra cost of air-conditioning (ie not included). Personally I don't like air-conditioning and it really is unnecessary down by the ocean with ocean breezes. I tried contact management but they were unresponsive on this point. I did not use the air-conditioning yet paid quite a bit of extra money which as I said was not noted in the advertisement. Check out all the extra costs before booking.
The actual grounds are very well maintained. The pool was one of the best we experienced in Kona. The condo is nice and roomy but dated. It is of wood construction, so can be noisy if they are guests on the floor above your unit. The bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.
We finally found the perfect Kona location. We have been to the Big Island several times and have always been frustrated with our accommodations. This time it was perfect. The unit was spacious and had an awesome view of the ocean. It was also quiet with no street noise. We had a great time.
Beautiful views of ocean and the pool from the lenai! Condo is clean and well-stocked with towels, sheets, dishes. There is snorkel gear, boogie boards, and sand chairs in the lanai closet. The condo complex is well-maintained. My friend and I had a wonderful stay.
We had a wonderful holiday, breathtaking views from our second story balcony. The condo was well stocked, comfortable, in a good location, and had several swimming pools - we only used the Ocean pool. We would definitely stay here again.
We had such a great 10 day vacation at this condo! From the beautifully landscaped and well maintained grounds, to the relaxing pools and even tennis and pickleball courts! Our balcony provided us the best views of the sunset every night. The condo is well equipped with everything you need including beach supplies. I would highly recommend this location and would love to be able to come back and stay here again.

We liked the location, still in Kona but not in the real touristy part. Pool and hot tub right near room. The ocean view was a nice perk. I wouldn't say you could really access the ocean from the complex but there is a short walk to a nice cove. And great snorkeling and surfing beaches in a short drive. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We would stay again. AC was nice too on evenings lacking wind.
Could not have picked a better place to call home for a week . Lots to do , see and walk to .
