The condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our 3 week vacation including washer/dryer, pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler.The balcony was lovely for bird-watching or reading. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the necessary items and I was able to cook several meals. We did not miss AC at all. The breeze and fans made for a very comfortable stay. The beautiful pool is just steps away from the condo and a nice way to relax after a long day snorkeling or sight-seeing.Princeville is beautiful and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Nice location... but no air conditioning. This can be a problem. The birds in the jungle and roosters are very noisy early am.

Very pleasant accommodations. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future. This condo is very close to the swimming pool, where 4 Very nice Weber barbecue grills are available.
Great condo! Super close to the pool/hot tub area. We also really enjoyed Princeville and all the beautiful beaches that were close. The condo was also set up with almost everything you needed, including trash bags, dishwashing soap, laundty soap and paper towels.
The condo was as expected…very clean and had all supplies. Beautiful views and great Princeville/Hanalei location.
It was a joy to stay in a corner condo in a building that does not have air-conditioning machines disturbing the quiet. And my bedroom looked right out onto the jungle full of beautiful song birds. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed.
Sadly, the buildings were built in such a way that I could hear the people staying in the bedroom below me, as they coughed, snored, and conversed. And the roosters were quite loud starting as early as 3:30 in the morning. Their noise also disturbed my afternoon naps. Fortunately, I travel with ear plugs and a white sound machine, so, with the windows closed, I managed to get nearly enough sleep all in all.
Very clean, comfortable and affordable. We were very happy with our stay at Alii Kai. Our 3 year old daughter especially enjoyed the pool which was very close to the condo. Cooked many meals and the kitchen was well appointed. Great views from the lanai morning and evening. The whole place was very quiet and comfortable, we will be back!
This two bedroom two bath condo was perfect for a stay on the north shore! Only a ten minute drive to Hanale with easy access to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!
Loved the location and ammenities. Perfect 4 days to sample Kauai after 5 nights in Maui.
