Our beachfront one-bedroom condominium is designed to provide a comfortable home for as many as four people to fully experience the beauty that is Hawaii. The gentle slope of the sandy beach makes it ideal for small children. Snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, swimming, are all available at your doorstep, as is the nature that lives at the beach. Turtles swim in the water and occasionally pull up onto the beach for a nap at night. Whales frolic in the water beyond the reef, easily visible from the living room and lanai of the unit's high-rise position. In a less populated area, stores and eating places are still available nearby, allowing all the advantages of a secluded getaway with few of the inconveniences.
Hiking trails and acres of tidal pools beckon the explorers.
Famous North Shore surf beaches just a short drive away.
Polynesian cultural Center just 10 minutes away.
Horseback riding, golf, tennis, and SCUBA available nearby.
The unit is a renovated large one-bedroom condo
It is well-equipped for your enjoyment, with a closet of beach equipment and toys and a well-equipped kitchen. There also is a landline phone for local calls, as well as a private WIFI network.
We are located on the Northeast shore of Oahu, approximately a 45-minute drive from Honolulu International Airport and Downtown Honolulu.
It is also accessible on CITY BUS route 60.

Great place and great location. The condo has everything you need and the host is excellent at communicating the check-in and out process and even suggested things to do and places to go around here. Great snorkling spot and right at a beautiful beach.

We've stayed at other units at Pat's at Punaluu but this was our favorite. It seemed larger than the other units. Very clean. Great view. Loved the cross breeze when we had the front door and balcony slider open. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable king bed in the bedroom with ceiling fan and light. There were also other portable fans. We used the tower fan in the living room but with the breeze we didn't really need it. The pullout couch was a bit of a canoe so we slept on the mattress on the floor and that worked out well. No-contact check-in was fast and easy. Good off-street parking. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thanks!

This place was amazing - well stocked with lots of towels, fans, linens, beach/snorkel gear, kitchen utensils and even some condiments. The attention to detail made this place feel like home.
Being here in August, the lack of AC was a non-issue because of the beautiful ocean winds. Though multiple fans were provided if needed.
The views … omg the views!!!! Palm trees and the quiet sandy beach with breath-taking sunrises directly from the sofa bed on one side and the lush rolling, Jurassic park mountains on the other side - just heavenly!
My only complaint would be the sofa bed - it was not comfortable at all. In spite of this though, we still fought over the sofa bed because of the sound of waves all night, the soothing breeze and the gorgeous morning sunrises from it.
We used the gear provided to snorkel for the first time and were able to see turtles on the ocean floor!!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We also came across many turtles swimming in the waters and a turtle on the beach on one of our morning walks. To have such easy access to nature right in our backyard made for great memories.
There is lots of forewarning about the construction occurring around the building and though we were worried, we were not bothered by it one bit. We were either out of the house or on the beach during the construction times. Though for anyone with young, napping children it could be an issue.
We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat! Mahalo 🌈🌴☀️

Love that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, that it has its own beach and that you can see the sea turtles in the morning. Great experience

We had a nice stay at Pat's. Beautiful place on the beach. The construction work wasn't too troubling. The breeze through the condo was fine, except at night when most necessary, but the road noise was too much with the window open. The "highway" is on Aloha time so plan events accordingly. Keep an eye out for turtles from your deck as you take in the day. Thanks for a great stay!

My wife and I absolutely loved staying at this beautiful condo. It would be difficult to find something wrong with it. The large living room and bedroom were great. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked. I was concerned beforehand about the lack of A/C but that turned out to not be an issue at all. Yes we were there in April when the highest temperature was only 82, but the evenings and mornings were cool and comfortable. If someone was to stay in July or August it might be a different story then. Anytime we were there we used the lanai screen and the front door screen and with the trade winds blowing in from the ocean it was very nice and cool inside.
Undoubtedly the star of the show for this condo is the gorgeous ocean view from the lanai. I don’t know where you would find a better one. Quite honestly, the view was the main reason I picked this room. The second best reason to stay here is the closeness of the ocean. It’s literally just a few steps away. I loved walking the beach in the morning taking sunrise photos. The sunrises were beyond spectacular!! I snorkeled several times, and it was good. I didn’t see a ton of fish but the ones I saw were cool. The water in the morning is more calm than the evening. I would recommend snorkeling or swimming in the morning.
If we were ever to go back to ‘Oahu we would definitely stay here in room 714 again. In fact I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else on this side of the island.

The owner of this property is awesome, she gave us so much great information, and was beyond thorough, and the property, absolutely loved it, the view was amazing, you cannot get a better view, absolutely uncrowded, the people there were so nice, the condo itself was very well furnished, super clean, very spacious, well laid out, bed was very comfortable, as for the construction on site, we had no issues with that whatsoever, matter-of-fact we were taking the trash out and one of the construction workers was very nice and said oh let me get that for you, absolutely loved it

The beach was beautiful, the turtles were amazing to see on the beach but you have to get up early:). The wind was a bit much. Wish the weather could have been a little better but obviously the host had no control over that.

On the windward side of the island so very windy. Beach was small but good. Construction noise was significant but was well described in the listing. We hadn’t planned to be there much during the day, but had a sick kid one day so had to stay in, and that was rough with the noise. No AC so windows open at night and then temp in the unit was very nice, but road noise was super load all night even with earplugs. Will look for quieter option next time

This is an ideal base for exploring all of Oahu. Well away from the city crowds of Honolulu, this northeast coastal area just feels very Hawaiian.

During our Oahu trip we stayed at two locations.. This being our first stop. This place is a bit rustic and could use an update throughout but overall our favourite place to stay. Would book again for sure.

We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and location. The beach was right outside and the area was very quiet. The construction was manageable and did not interfere with our stay, our host was a gem and so helpful. She responded to everything in a very timely manner. We enjoyed the beach accessories and there were plenty of towels. We would definitely stay here again. The gym was nice as well. Condo is clean and organized. All necessities for cooking, cleaning are available. Food and stores are very close by with lots of selection.
