Enjoy your morning coffee while watching magical sunrises on your ocean front patio. Relax on your lanai and listen to waves gently breaking on a distant reef. Plenty of space in this 812 sq. ft. recently remodeled, 1 bedroom condo on the ground floor to relax and unwind. Being on the ground floor, you have more open spaces just outside of your private lanai. The condo is fully equipped with everything you will need for a memorable Hawaii Island getaway.
You will have ''No Worries'' as the locals say...only to decide if you are going to spend the day on the beautiful private beach outside your lanai or go for a scenic drive along the coast to do some sightseeing. There is no public beach access so the beach will feel very private and a true getaway from all the crowds.
You will have the choice to sleep in the bedroom on the king size Sealy Plush bed, or in the front room listening to the waves and waking up to see the Sunrise from the queen size Serta Euro-Top Murphy Bed.
Recently remodeled amenities includes stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinets, counter tops, rattan furniture, linens, dishes & silverware, cookware, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, 2 coolers, 2 lounging chairs, binoculars, and much more.
There is almost always a nice breeze blowing through the condo due to the trade winds, but for those who like a fan...there’s 2 ceiling fans with remotes and a pedestal fan, you will feel the ocean breeze will be very comfortable. AC unit in the living room to help you stay cool durning the warmer days.
Beach chairs, beach towels, full kitchen with all kitchenware, linens, towels, single keurig with starter coffee pods, washer/dryer.
Free parking and 24 hour security. Free wifi and cable. Currently, the building is undergoing renovation, constructions during weekday business hours 8:30 am-5pm Monday- Major renovations are done in our unit and updated lanai complete. Current constructions still on going in other parts of the building. If you are out exploring, or hanging out on the beach, it shouldn’t affect your experience. FYI, the current discount rate is due to construction and is a great value. This is truly a beach front condo with all the amenities to have a nice relaxing island vacation. If you are looking for luxury and resort accommodations with spa services, this is not it. The Property is 10 minutes away from Polynesian culture center, and Kualoa ranch, and 5 minutes away from Hauula-loop trail, 20 minute from Turtle Bay, and 45 minutes from the Airport.

The property is very close to the beach where turtles sun bathe every morning. We also saw a monk seal playing in the water, and we were only there 2 nights. The ocean was very calm and crystal clear. There is a box with snorkel gear on the porch, plenty of beach towels and beach umbrellas. The kitchen is stocked with pantry basics and much more compared to many rentals I have stayed in.

We had such an amazing time here . The condo was everything we were looking for and the beach was breathtaking. Kim was amazing and made the check in and out process effortless. We can not wait to come back and enjoy more time here!!! Maholo Kim for an amazing stay and sharing this place with us!!!

This older but clean, cozy, fully stocked, lovely condo without all the fancy amenities was perfect for us. We loved being on a private beach with quaint towns and shopping nearby. Host was very responsive to our needs and questions.

Over all this is a good place to stay. Our condo was on the ground level. It was right by where everyone gets there mail, Keys ect. the bedroom was is the front where everyone seems to congragate, right out side the bedroom window. It was very LOUD ! people talking, and slamming there doors, no privacy. I did see a sigh on the building that said quite but people seemed to ignor it. Could of used better airconditioning other than fans.Wish I would of known about the construction on the building that was going on. But overall it was a nice place to stay with beautiful views !!!

Nice private beach. Bring food not much close by to eat. Get up early see the sunrise and walk about 75 feet out your back door to the beach. The turtles come up and night and sleep on the beach. Unit is in nice condition. Building is being renovated.

We loved the place. It was well stocked with everything you need for the beach & cooking. The location is prime - out of the crowds and essentially a private beach with clear swimmable water that you walk out to. It’s not a new place or a fancy resort but it felt homey. We had come from the first half of our trip in Waikiki in a property managed by a business and it was a great 180 to switch to this place.
Construction didn’t bother us at all. They started late in the morning anyway.
The house was clean enough but it’s old, so it’s certainly not spotless.

for what we paid for the place, i expected a lot more as far as privacy...its a well appointed unit in a condo complex with all sorts of coffee and sauces that are nice so you don't have to go out and buy them....i guess either i didn't pay too much attention to the listing or maybe it wasn't listed quite accurately but for some reason i had the impression this was a unit in someones house, not a giant condo complex under major renovation..when the jack hammering started it was unbearable inside our unit.....once the construction ends the place would be ok if you want to travel all the way to hawaii to be dwelling in like a employee housing project...also, the people that moved into the unit next to us moved out immediately when they saw scaffolding outside their unit and the jackhammering started.....would never stay here again

First off, it’s all about location STEPS FROM THE BEACH!!!!! It’s quiet peaceful and absolutely beautiful.The condo is stocked with everything you’ll need for relaxing on the beach to swimming in the pool to barbecues on the patio.There’s a washer and dryer so no need to overpack,it’s a beautiful place to stay highly recommend!!!!
