It's not my first time renting this property and I plan to rent it for next year.
We had the BEST time staying in this incredible unit. Steps from the water, it had the most dramatic views of the ocean. Super clean! Comfy beds! And the host was very helpful. We would highly recommend this gorgeous unit to all. Thank you for such a special stay. We can’t wait to come back!

The perfect location near the beach and pool! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need! Lots of snorkel gear and beach towels. The owner is very responsive and check in is a breeze! We have stayed with Phil before and will definitely be back! Highly recommended!
The set up and location of this property was fantastic. Quick walk to resort and Beach Club. Easy pool access. Property manager was helpful and quick to respond to an issue with the 1/2 bath upon arrival, but it was unusable for our entire stay. She was very accomodating with a late check out due to our significantly delayed flight. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
Overall the layout of the unit was great for our family of 4. And, the unit was well stocked with laundry, dishsoap, paper products and beach gear. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. However, the bathrooms were very dated and the master shower had mildew. Would be the perfect rental with updates.
Loved every minute of our stay. Spacious, clean and serene with lovely views and so conveniently close to the pool. Yes, we were here in early October so it was quiet, but it seems the whole property respects a general air of calm and quiet. Beautiful pool and beach! Would definitely return!
Owner of this unit takes pride in his place, everything was maintained perfectly and unit is fully stocked. Attention to detail, providing plenty of back-up soap, shampoo, even sunscreen. Chairs and umbrella and snorkle gear the beach! Lovely fruit gift basket upon arrival. Location is ideal.
We enjoyed this clean, lovely, well stocked unit and the amazing access to the beautiful beach club next-door for snorkeling and enjoying the beach.
Very much enjoyed the condo at Mauna Lani Terrace. Unit was well equipped and there was a lovely gift basket when we arrived. We walked everyday on the numerous walking trails, swam in the pool and at the beach and enjoyed the lanai morning and evening with coffee or glass of wine. I would highly recommend this unit and we are already talking about a return visit.
Very much enjoyed the condo at Mauna Lani Terrace. Unit was well equipped and there was a lovely gift basket when we arrived. We walked everyday on the numerous walking trails, swam in the pool and at the beach and enjoyed the lanai morning and evening with coffee or glass of wine. I would highly recommend this unit and we are already talking about a return visit.
This property is in a great location - walking distance to a private beach and restaurant in addition to the restaurants offered at the Mauna Lani Hotel and a very short drive to the shops. The view from the lanai is beautiful and it’s one of the few units that has comfortable outdoor seating to soak up the ocean view. You will have just a 30 second walk to the pool!

The property was beautiful and was perfect for our family of 4. Easy walk to the pool, where the children spent most of their time. Lovely dinners on the porch watching the children play on the grass. Owner was very accommodating with our schedule changes and responsive to all communications. I cannot think of a bad word to say. Perfect for us!

The Location within the Mauna Lani resort community cannot be beat You can walk to two beautiful beaches and close five minute drive to a great snorkeling beach within the community. You have access to the Mauna Lani resort and amenities: beach, cushioned chaise lounge chairs on sand. pool, restaurants. Condo is fully stocked with supplies and even has lotion, sunscreen, shampoo and conditioners in each bathroom. Full cabinet of beach supplies (chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkeling gear. It truly feels like a home away from home.

The location was perfect -- a few steps away to the pool, a small beach straight ahead beyond the fish ponds, the hotel beach a short walk to the right, and the beach club a short walk to the left. The resort atmosphere was peaceful and serene, although they had plenty of activities available. This particular unit was remarkably well stocked and comfortable. We had a small hiccup when checking in due to a scheduling miscommunication, but it was addressed quickly and kindly.

The unit is walking distance one way to a small safe beach with a lunch and dinner restaurant and the other way it is very easy to walk to the Mauna Lani hotel which had multiple excellent restaurants and an awesome view of the sunset. The back of the unit opens up on the ground level and is very close to the communal pool/bbq area which has a great pool, hot tub and kiddie pool. We were worried that maybe it was too close and might be noisy but that was not an issue at all. We wanted to mention just so people who might have mobility issues know there are steps going from the parking lot down to the entrance of the condo. Overall it was a perfect place for our small family to stay and I see why there are so many wonderful reviews of this place. Mahalo!

The condo is nicely furnished and stocked with everything you could possibly want/need. The grocery & restaurants are within walking distance, or a short drive. So our rental car stayed parked most of the time, and we thoroughly enjoyed all that the property had to offer. We will absolutely return if available again.

This was our second time staying at Phil's condo and we absolutely love it. Spent all of our time at the pool, swimming in the ocean and going on walks. We were even lucky enough to get some waves during our stay. We have been to the big island many times so this trip was all about staying in one place and relaxing. Access to multiple beaches, beautiful walks / ponds and having the condo on the ground level makes this place such a gem!

We loved the property and the location at Mauna Lani Terraces. What a great spot - between the Auberge hotel and the beach club with two cute beaches to choose between, great snorkeling, and several excellent restaurants. The unit was the best stocked of any place we’ve ever rented. We so appreciated all the of the beach towels and chairs and toys. The only critique I’d make was the the two full bathrooms are relatively outdated (and the primary bathroom shower could use a good cleaning). Minor issue though! Mahalo to Phil for a great stay and his flexibility in letting us hang a little longer until heading to the airport. We had a wonderful time!
