West Maui Welcomes You Back October. Our communities of Kaanapali, Honokowai, Kahana, Napili, and Kapalua; we all welcome you. Please have compassion and malama (care for) the island during your visit. Please stay away from Lahaina Town while it heals and rebuilds.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Hololani Resort will be having Garage Roof Waterproofing and Spalling Repair construction starting March 2023 and estimated to be completed around December 2023. We would like to advise you that construction disruption may occur, including but not limited to: noise, dust, and produce odors similar to heated asphalt or tar.

***On-site parking will be limited during the garage work. Work will be divided into sections and a portion of parking stalls will be out of service at a time during the repair. Limited additional parking will be available at Royal Kahana (our next-door neighbor to the south) during this time.

Could hear the ocean and watch for whales and turtles from the property. The afternoon winds were very pleasant with the front door open.

We really enjoyed the location and view. Apparently Maui was experiencing unprecedented humidity which made our stay in a non-air conditioned unit really hard to adjust to. It was soo hot! Not much to be done about that I guess. The ocean right out the door and was a nice experience. The unit itself was ok nothing too special but it worked for our group.

The place was below par,. The drapes were in bad shape, could not even move them. One of the bedroom blinds was broken, I had read this on previous reviews as well about broken blinds. The second bedroom the drapes were filthy. The screen doors were hard to move, and broken. Communication with the. Maui property people specially Jerica ( she was rude and not very polite) .Everything we asked for the replies were negative. I asked if there were any handicapped spots ( for my mother) on the property, they lied and said YES but there were none . My car got damaged in the under ground dark garage, with such narrow parking spots and those big pillars. There should be some soft padding wrapped on those pillars so when parking the sides of the cars do NOT scratched and damaged. The screen in the balcony would not go up and down , since the rod was broken and not replaced with a new one. So many problems, we just gave up. Not worth the price , I was overcharged and disappointed. Overall experience was OK, I have several pictures of the broken blinds , screen doors that need to be fixed in this UNIT A701. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends and family .

We did not want to leave the lanai! The condo was just as described with comfy beds and all you need for a stay in Maui. We were a bit concerned that there was no air conditioning but with the sliders open front and back, a gorgeous breeze kept the place cool. The property is well maintained and within walking distance of shops and food. We’d recommend the Chinese restaurant a block or so down from the condo. Our very favorite was the spacious lanai that overlooked the ocean. We were a bit early for whale season but enjoyed watching the sea turtles. The sunsets from the lanai were also spectacular.

Condo was in the perfect location. The views are gorgeous with an awesome cross breeze! The only issues we had is the bathroom sink drained very slowly and the sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable. Other than that can’t wait to come back and stay again.

A great location. You can hear the sound of the waves, watch whales for days, enjoy the sunset over the ocean and the sunrise behind the mountains off the back balcony. The unit had a couple beach chairs, towels and coolers which were great for our excursions. BBQ at the pool was a wonderful social space and a quick walk to a great beach. We would definitely recommend and stay again!
