The property is plenty adequate for those traveling the island, almost resort-like when you need it, and close to town when you want to be. Hosts are super nice and the condo is well maintained.
The location is close enough to town without being in town, the grounds are great to walk and enjoy. We ended a long trip with a few nights of downtime and it couldn't be better for Relaxing in Kona than this.

We throughly enjoyed our stay and the owners respond quickly and are a delightful to work with. The unit is very spacious and clean. King bed, living room and lanai furniture, very comfortable. The unit has a washer and dryer and a well equipped kitchen, a must for us. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and parking was nearby and very safe. Of course the best is the sound of the ocean and birds along with the gorgeous sunsets. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely home with us.

This condo had anything and everything you would need, plus some! The lanais are super cozy and comfy and great for any and all meals. The bed was top notch too!
We had a great stay with the comforts of home. The condo was well stocked and we loved all the beach equipment they had available for us to use. The location is right in the heart of downtown Kona and was a good launching point for day trips around the island.
The condo was super cute and clean and came equipped with all the coolers, totes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and kitchen equipment you could ask for. The AC was wonderful and access to a gated pool and hot tub just as pictured. Loved this VRBO!
This property was wonderful. Everything you need for the beach or pool including a selection of sunscreens! Very comfortable and great view. Impressed with the condo and it's lovely decor that gives you an immediate feel for Hawaii. Highly recommend it!
