Location, staff, and amenities.
The location was good Cleaninf was ok however the unit needs a lot of maintenance. The fridge and AC worked like tractor and it was very difficult to sleep At bight with the noise of these 2. The carpet was extremely old and had a lot of stains.
I loved the location. The local kitties which were feral. So sweet. The pools were nice and the beach was across the street and path
Terrible company, have book with Vacasa about 8 times and there’s not even 1 time this company gets it right, extremely disorganized and unprofessional, such a shame they have so many properties in Kauai
A perfect and convenient condo with pool and hot tub that was walkable to all we needed—farmer’s market, pharmacy, beach, restaurants, shopping, and bus stop! We miss it already and can’t wait to return and sip coffee on the balcony in the sunrise!
I travelled with my adult son and daughter. The sofa bed was terrible. The mattress is old and sinks in the middle. Because of the window by the entrance door the outside hallway light comes in the living room at night. The bedroom’s beds were comfortable if you like a very soft mattress. There is a very strong smell every time you enter the unit which triggered my daughter’s allergies. After a few days bugs started to appear in the kitchen. Pretty sure they were cockroaches. And no we did not leave food on counter. The carpets should be removed!! We were very disappointed and would not recommend this listing.
staff are very responsive. Great proximity to stores and eateries. We enjoyed ouy time here.
We stayed at this place for 7 nights! The room was clean and the host left us a personalized note if we needed any assistance. Checking in was difficult as the front desk stated they had no record of me booking the room. After about an hour they gave me a room key and said they would handle everything in the morning. Also the hot tub had some strange chemical which caused my girlfriend and I to both have coughing attacks. If you stay here do not use the pool. Other than those two things it was a great stay.
Nice and clean. The beds could have been better. The pull out couch was awful but luckily there was a blow up mattress in the closet. The 2nd day I hurt my knee and no elevator. You have to drive to the beach unless you want to hike through a field of tall grass that didn'tfeel safe to me. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Close to good restaurants a pharmacy and airport. Plan for travel time to South shore activities.
Quiet place, great location, easy to get to, short walk to a nice beach, close to grocery store.
The small A/C unit was NOT working when we arrived on Sunday and the Vacasa mngr, Alex, was a great resource! Alex got the A/C tech out on Monday and they got it working. The tech did destroy a phone charger that was left plugged into the wall but, that's not Vacasa's fault. The place was clean-ish and a little dated but, I'm easy to please. My wife would not have been so easy to please :\.

Good condition air, with 2 double bed in the bedroom. We miss the washing machine inside the condo. The closess beach is not appropriate for swimming, to many rock and waves.
