Magnificent sunsets from poolside/hot tub or your private lanai. "Shorefront is rocky and fantastic for snorkeling, however there is no sandy beach directly is in front". Pool and Hot Tub and right on the ocean and looks towards downtown Kona in the distance. Great view of 4th of July show in Kailua Bay. Sea Village Condo is just a short walk to downtown Historic Kailua-Kona. Close enough for convenience, yet far enough for a peaceful stay. Condo has its own large private heated pool and hot tub, both overlooking the ocean. Barbecues for outdoor cuisine. Coffee shop located on property. This is a very private condo facility the boasts one of the best views in Kona. Home is air conditioned and very well stocked with kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, and other amenities to ensure your complete comfort. I take great pride in ensuring that your vacation is one of relaxation and comfort. The Big Islands boasts a variety of sandy beaches and fantastic snorkeling beaches. Common condo grounds were well located and very clean. during our visit, the spa was out of order, pool was not heated during winter. Our unit was quite dated, needed an update,and serious cleaning. one kitchen cabinet door was broken and missing. To the credit of our owner, he credited our payment for $200 due to a rain date. overall Kona was welcoming and beautiful, many beaches, restaurants, and sites.

This condo was perfectly situated about a mile from town making it an easy walk to shops and restaurants. It was well appointed making it easy to cook meals with easy access to the BBQ area. The pool area was very nice and the other guests were very friendly. The owner was extremely helpful, giving easy directions to the unit and making check in effortless. We look forward to going back soon.

Chris was an excellent and responsive host. The location of the unit and its view of the ocean are great.
Everything worked well (except for one cabinet door that fell off), but most of the furnishings are, I would say, well used. There is a lot of noise from traffic, poor sound-proofing of the units, people talking, etc. The bedroom would really benefit from air conditioning. It was challenging to make it comfortable for sleeping using a combination of fan setting, window opening, and bed covers. But, all in all, it was a great place to stay and we very much enjoyed our visit.

Spacious condo with great view, close to town and had all the amenities and supplies needed for our stay. Beautiful sunsets right from the lanai. Chris is a great host, highly recommend his place!

The condo was a perfect addition to the amazing scenery. The view from this space must be the best of all the condos. Shortly after we arrived, we witnessed a beautiful sunset and things just got better!
The hosts have thought of everything, so check it out BEFORE you go shopping!

Absolutely gorgeous condo, well maintained, comfortable bed fully stocked kitchen with every condiment- made our stay extra special. Chris is a fantastic host- blessed to have stayed in his unit. Loved the grounds and pool!!!

Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. Pool area great. Unit in need of upgrade, bedroom can be very warm even at night, carpet in need of cleaning or replacement.

The condo was perfect! Great location. We were able to take day trips all around the island and come back to the condo to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. We had everything we needed. The owner was terrific and gave us suggestions for places to eat, and activities to partake in. They were all excellent. We would definitely come back and stay here again.
