The stay was just what we wanted. When we arrived the property manager had food available for us since we arrived late in the day. The property was like the photos and very clean. Everything we could have needed the property provided. The property manager was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything and was very helpful and kind. My husband and I would stay there again. It was everything we were looking for and some. We are so thankful to have found this property and are looking forward to returning there again!
This condo has everything ! It’s spacious, all completely new & beautiful. It is home away from home with new all Bosch appliances & all the amenities you could want. It’s also very quiet. The TempurPedic bed was wonderful. We stayed here from 3/1-3/15, 2024 & will go back in a heartbeat. The ocean view is gorgeous. Sad to leave the island now as we sit at the airport awaiting our flight.
The condo was beautifully remodeled and well stocked with all we needed.
Great location. Less than a mile walk to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. AND whale watching!

We had good relaxing stay at Chris's condo. The Condo was well equipped and everything was in good functioning order, clean and ready to go when we arrived. The view from the lanai is wonderful ! A ceiling fan keeps you cool in the afternoon. The artwork in the condo is well thought out. It can get a little warm in the late afternoon but cooled off in the evening. The unit's bedroom faces the road and you will have some road noise but it was not a problem after 9-10 pm. There was plenty of snorkel gear and good quality beach chairs for outdoor activities. The grounds are well cared for and you can see Chris takes care of his place. I have been to number of ocean view condos and they need extra love to keep them in good order and Chris does that in this place. The bathroom has a large walk in shower in an updated bathroom. There was one door under the kitchen sink that was out for repair, but this was not any problem for us. Actually it worked out well since the galley kitchen is tight. Chris was super fast on the booking response and checked in with us to make sure all was good.

Our stay was better than anticipated, very well equipped condo with everything we needed including all the beach toys to use!
Fresh fruit was waiting for us on our arrival too. Easiest check in we've experienced in our travels to Hawaii. Very close to shops, restaurants, and downtown. The free trolly was a surprise and could be picked up right across the street. We walked to most places and enjoyed the views along the way.
Chris, the owner, was available anytime we we reached out. Very responsive!

Common condo grounds were well located and very clean. during our visit, the spa was out of order, pool was not heated during winter. Our unit was quite dated, needed an update,and serious cleaning. one kitchen cabinet door was broken and missing. To the credit of our owner, he credited our payment for $200 due to a rain date. overall Kona was welcoming and beautiful, many beaches, restaurants, and sites.
This condo was perfectly situated about a mile from town making it an easy walk to shops and restaurants. It was well appointed making it easy to cook meals with easy access to the BBQ area. The pool area was very nice and the other guests were very friendly. The owner was extremely helpful, giving easy directions to the unit and making check in effortless. We look forward to going back soon.

Chris was an excellent and responsive host. The location of the unit and its view of the ocean are great.

There is a lot of noise from traffic, poor sound-proofing of the units, people talking, etc. The bedroom would really benefit from air conditioning. It was challenging to make it comfortable for sleeping using a combination of fan setting, window opening, and bed covers. But, all in all, it was a great place to stay and we very much enjoyed our visit.

The condo was a perfect addition to the amazing scenery. The view from this space must be the best of all the condos. Shortly after we arrived, we witnessed a beautiful sunset and things just got better!
The hosts have thought of everything, so check it out BEFORE you go shopping!

Absolutely gorgeous condo, well maintained, comfortable bed fully stocked kitchen with every condiment- made our stay extra special. Chris is a fantastic host- blessed to have stayed in his unit. Loved the grounds and pool!!!
Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. Pool area great. Unit in need of upgrade, bedroom can be very warm even at night, carpet in need of cleaning or replacement.
The condo was perfect! Great location. We were able to take day trips all around the island and come back to the condo to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. We had everything we needed. The owner was terrific and gave us suggestions for places to eat, and activities to partake in. They were all excellent. We would definitely come back and stay here again.
My husband and I had a great time visiting Hawaii last week. The condo had everything we needed for relaxing and taking it easy, cooking at home, and beach accessories for our adventures out and about on the island.
Fair price and a great location make this a no-brainer for your Big Island adventure! Walking distance to town and small beaches is really convenient! Nice and easy communication with owner and flexible check in/out (cleaning dependent) was a breeze! The condo is bright and clean and has nice personal touches including a TON of beach gear! Would recommend 10/10

Condo was amazing! Spacious area. Great view of the ocean and close to everything in Kona. We had a wonderful time.
The apartment was perfect. It was on the second floor with a grand view across the property and to the ocean and setting sun. We enjoyed the pool and the adjacent hot tub. Many residents appreciated using the pretty and ample barbecuing facilities around dinner-time each night, however, we remained away because of Covid concerns. The location on Alii Drive was great in lots of ways.
We had a great overall experience. Chris was an excellent host, the condo was very clean, kitchen was very well stocked. The new beach chairs and umbrella were put to good use. Snorkels and fins were also available, as well as other water toys. Super location, easy access to downtown. Thanks Chris for a wonderful vacation spot.
Fantastic views with everything you could need! Chris makes sure that when you arrive everything is well stocked and ready for you to sit back and relax. Pictures and description are accurate. Be prepared to enjoy the aloha spirit, close to town, but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Thanks for a great stay!
