I thought I was getting a great deal on a clean and comfortable condo. The unit is in the perfect spot in Waikiki where the crowds aren’t as bad, but it is right around the corner from everything. That was the single nice thing about this unit. It was dingy, with paint peeling off the walls and cabinets, stained bedding (looked like makeup and blood) and the cabinetry was missing chunks out of it, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaky. The door did not latch when you shut it unless you stood there and pulled hard/ twisted the handle several times, it appeared to close but if you pushed on lightly, it would pop right open. I woke up my first morning there and noticed orange water all over the floor below the fridge, and in between the fridge and the Tv. I opened the fridge thinking maybe something had spilled only to discover that the entire inside bottom seal area of the fridge was rusted and there was a very active leak dripping onto it and onto the floor. I wiped it up and immediately messaged the host. They responded promptly and said they would have someone come to look at it. Later the host messaged me to inform me that they needed to replace the fridge and hoped to do it during my stay. They also stated that they provided rags to wipe up the leak so I would not stain their towels. I had booked the unit for another two days but chose to leave early and stay elsewhere after nothing had been done to solve the issue more than 24 hours later. I felt unsafe taking my shoes off in this unit and did not feel comfortable with staying somewhere with rusty water all over the floor. I’m highly disappointed and feel that I wasted my time and money staying here rather than staying somewhere actually decent.

Spent almost 3 weeks in this property and it was fantastic, Breakfast or Evening meals on the Lanai watching Sunrise & Sunset were one of the many highlights. Already planning my next trip to Hawaii and this location

Excellent location in Waikiki, with head-on views of Diamond Head, the Zoo, and the start of Kapiolani Park, with even an ocean view to the side! Great balcony to sit, especially with a cup o’ Joe to start the day with a sunrise over Diamond head, or end the day with a beer (or glass of vino) to watch the evening lights. Lots of windows! The unit itself is serviceable — smaller than the wide-angled photo depicts; older fixtures and furnishings, but totally decent for short stays. And, did I mention the views?! Smashing!! The unit abuts the elevators, but there was no noise issues whatsoever; ditto for the downstairs nightclub, either. The lobby boasted friendly Aloha service, as well! Check-in was fast. Located at the eastern edge of Waikiki, it’s convenient to everything, especially if you enjoy walks/runs in the park! We didn’t use the small kitchen, but it’s not for full meals. (And, too, it was a very convenient drive for my family to pick us up!) Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Mahalo nui loa…!! :D

Everything was well except the management only provided one roll of toilet paper. When I went to management to get more they did do so but commented that we should buy consummables at the ABC store next door. I do expect management to provide plenty of TP. Other than that small negative everything was great
