Sealodge G8: This top floor 2br/2ba condo at Sealodge Kauai offers incredible oceanfront views from every the EXTRA window added in the living room to provide even more ocean views! From your private lanai, you look all the way down the Anini reef to the light house at Kilauea. Beautifully decorated inside and comfortably furnished. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, has an en suite bathroom, and the accordion door can be closed to provide privacy from the living area. The upstairs bedroom includes two twin beds. This bedroom is loft style, with a half wall overlooking the living room. There's a second bathroom upstairs too. Included are full kitchen, free wifi, cable tv, phone with free long distance calling, washer and dryer, and a selection of beach gear. Sleeps 4 with queen bed and two twin beds.

Our Kauai vacation rentals at Sealodge are located at the end of a small quiet side road, with no through traffic, that ends at a dramatic ocean bluff. These Princeville vacation rentals face the ocean on their lanai side. A short hike from these budget friendly Kauai condos brings you to the secluded Sealodge Beach. The jungle trail crosses a small stream then descends to a secluded sandy cove. The ocean at Sealodge Beach is shallow and protected by a reef, making it ideal for snorkeling and swimming.

The Sealodge condos were built so you can see the rolling white water waves from the living room windows, the bedroom windows, and the lanai. From all three of these locations you can hear the surf, watch for whales, spinner dolphins, and exotic birds. There is a pool and BBQ area (grills are charcoal and you must bring your own briquettes). Kauai hotels are expensive. Why not try one of our Sealodge condos for a more unique, personal, and affordable experience? Sealodge is comfortable, quiet, and island casual.

As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and views are fabulous. Property management was very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of extra towels and bedding. They had all you need for beach days. Washer and dryer was very convenient( had to buy laundry detergent)The Wi-Fi was troublesome but they gave instructions for any issues. We absolutely loved this rental and when we return, we will stay here again. Thank you for your part in our wonderful vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very enjoyable stay. Condo is small but certainly was large enough for a family of four. Location is spectacular overlooking the ocean perched on a bluff in beautiful Princeville. Path to secluded beach with excellent snorkeling. Well equipped with snorkel gear (including two sets of fins) boogie boards beach chairs and an abundance of beach toys. Interior is modest but clean and comfortable. But then again who needs ultra fancy interior with the ocean views so dominant? Only word of caution is the add-on assortment of fees and taxes not reflected on the advertised nightly rate and not prorated to length of stay, will double the true cost of staying there if one plans for only two or three nights. Would return again for longer stay.

Some minor problems, which seem to remain unfixed for years despite other reviewers mentioning them (e.g., TV volume can’t be changed—TVs are cheap!, dishwasher can’t open all the way). Management is very responsive, though. Very happy with our stay.
