Second time staying here this year, third time overall. It’s so comfortable and a great location. We will hopefully be back before the end of the year again. Our very favorite in Kona!! The outdoor space is amazing and so private

This is our second stay at this property. I didn’t think it would be better than the last stay, but it was! The host was so gracious with the few request we made. He was prompt to respond and went way above and beyond. When you arrive, there is a very generous gift basket with clear directions of how to turn everything on. It was very clean and had a welcoming vibe. The kitchen is very well stocked with upgraded equipment and utensils. The outdoor kitchen is so much fun, complete with a air fryer and grill. There is a washer and dryer to use also. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. We both slept liked rocks while we were there. There are 2 separate a/c units that keep the house so nice and cool. The star of the house is the pool and outdoor shower. It is so private and inviting. The only down side to this house is you just don’t want to leave it. It’s so cozy and comfortable and has everything you could ever need. We so enjoyed both of our stays there and hope to return very soon. Thank you to the host Mark for being so accommodating and helpful.
Very nice clean, comfortable apartment. Great to have our own pool. Beautiful sunsets from the pool deck. Well stocked with beach gear. Kitchen well stocked As well. and everything in general needed
Wonderful to have as desk set up for the computer. So few folks think of this. Only one criticism: The Kitchen was "split" with Fridge Sink, & Dishwasher inside and Cooking facilities outside. We managed fine, but it was a wee bit of a surprise. Otherwise wonderful. Great TV set up. Lovely Pool. Great Parking. We'd go return.
Clean, convenient to stores and activities. Owner accomodating. Definitely will stay again when in Hawaii.
The property and owner were terrific. We enjoyed the pool and sunsets multiple times and had everything we needed for cooking and for the beach. Very well stocked pool house for two. The ONLY issue was barking dogs in the neighborhood.

Overall the PoolHouse was exceptional. Having access to a private pool and outdoor kitchen helped balance the weather conditions and escaping to the comfort of air conditioning when desired. Very comfortable bed and seating areas. The rental had quick access to the main parts of town and all amenities. The view was wonderful!
The pool house was perfect for my wife and I. This place is perfect for couples!

We loved staying at the pool house! Kona’s Sunset’s by the lake oil overlooking the ocean Beautiful!
The home was within a 5 minute drive of the quaint and historical township of Kailua-Kona.
It provided great views of the ocean and cruise ships. The lanai and pool were private and the bed is so comfortable.
My husband and I had a great time. This was the perfect setup for the 2 of us. The neighborhood is peaceful. The house is comfortable and clean. And having a private pool is awesome! And our hosts were very friendly. I hope future guests enjoy this house, neighborhood and hosts as much as we did. Thank you Mark and Denise for your hospitality.
The pool house was the perfect spot for our yearly sun break on the Big Island. The house is comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean in a nice neighborhood setting close to shopping and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed reading by the pool and relaxing. All and all, it was another fun trip on the Big Island! Thank you!

This is a wonderful place for a vacation getaway! Didn’t quite know that we would have a literal outdoor kitchen but it worked out very well and really enjoyed cooking along with watching a gorgeous sunset. Bed was super comfortable and the place was very well stocked. Only downside was local frog sounds and neighbor dogs barking. But overall, we’d stay here in a heartbeat.
The pool house was just as the vrbo listing described. We saw so many beautiful sunsets right from our lanai We loved the privacy of the deck area and the pool. It was a bit cold due to the time of year we stayed, but we loved having the private setting in a neighbourhood so close to everything. 5 minutes from groceries, restaurants, downtown and only 15 to a cinema. Near the cinema was Sunset Kai Lanai (was a great restaurant with a view). Mark was great at communicating with us when we had questions and responded very quickly. The bed at the house was so comfortable we are now going to replace our bed at home. Mahalo for sharing your home with us

Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is better than what is in the listing description. Views are tremendous. We had an excellent experience at this property. It was exactly as depicted and promised. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend to anyone who wants rest and relaxation.
Property is very beautiful. The birds are excessively noisy after dark.Did not get any sleep. The pool had a dead 8 in long centipede in it and the pool started to grow algee
