Maui Parkshore #215 is a beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo with magnificent ocean views. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, washer / dryer, and a tasteful décor. From the unit you will enjoy a panoramic ocean view, free wifi, and cable TV. There are window air conditioning units in both bedrooms; no a/c in the living room. With a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom, Maui Parkshore #215 can comfortably sleep up to four guests. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.

WE really enjoyed our visit to Maui. We loved our 2-bedroom Condo overlooking the Ocean. The Maui Parkshore Condos were centrally located to great eating places including 2 food courts as well as "The Cinnamon Place" where we purchased the "best Cinnamon rolls ever". We swam in the pool everyday as well as watched turtles and whales on the beach located in front of our Condo. The pool was heated to 78 degrees. We have stayed at other Condos with pools that were much cooler. We really enjoyed lounging at this pool. We never had to contact the manager at all because everything advertised was provided. We defiantly will go back to this low priced but very comfortable condo for our next visit. If I had one criticism it would be the small bedroom had 2 twin beds instead of another Queen bed. It is better suited for kids than adults. Having said that we still loved the place and really enjoyed our stay with my brother and his wife!

Condo was better than advertised. Rental company easy to work with and responsive. Second floor location has gorgeous views of Kamaole 3. The glass wall to the lanai makes you feel like you are outdoors. Experienced an INCREDIBLE rainstorm that ended up flooding roads for a day, but we just hunkered down and enjoyed a quiet day inside. Grateful for the nice pool area on the day after the storm when beach was closed for high surf. Most days were sunny and warm. with light breeze. On-site manager was wonderful and a pleasure to talk to. This was our 4th trip to Kihei and 1st time staying by Kam 3. Kihei is a welcoming place and store owners were thankful for the business. We will definitely be back! Suggestions for improvements: replace lanai chair cushions. They are too small for the metal chairs and worn out. The living room light/fan remote stopped working our last night (even with new batteries) so the fan ran continuously.

Nice unit with well-stocked kitchen. Nice clean pool, lovely BBQs to use. Nice linai to sit on in the morning and evenings. Very close to the beach, just had to walk across the street. Quiet and well maintained.

We found the property to be very convenient to access all of the beaches, golf courses, restaurants and shopping we wanted. The balcony view over the parking lot wasn't a problem. The sunsets and view of the ocean were very nice. The AC units in the rooms were adequate, but we found that the fans were all we needed by opening the big sliding windows and using the locking screen door at the back of the unit. We would definitely go again.

I have rented numerous VRBO‘s in the past and it was easy to do on VRBO but then I’ve got all kinds of emails from a management company where I had to do extra contracts and sign on all kinds of documents. Then arrived at the building parked in the proper parking spot, and then was told via a threatening note on my windshield that I was not supposed to be there. this rude property manager comes out and tells me that I’m not supposed to be in there because he knows the owner and his wife is the cleaner. My response as well. I am staying there. I have the access code. Then he had no response. This is the same gentleman that was absolutely rude to me my friend and other kids are in the pool. He came out screaming at the kids for jumping in the pool. If I own this unit I would immediately get rid of this property management company.

Nice Condo! Loved everything about it! Directly across from the beach. Parking is very tight. We had a Kia Sedan and had to let people out before pulling into the space. Clean. Would definitely stay there again.
