We are so happy that we stayed in this house for our vacation! From arrival to departure we felt at home in this beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. We had everything we needed and more. Thanks to Melia for all the great fruits and more! We would definitely come back.

We had a warm welcome from our host. Our house was furnished with everything we needed. The pool was relaxing and we loved watching the beautiful sunsets from the pool or on the lanai as we ate our meals. It’s the perfect place, like a home away from home.

My husband and I spent a week here and loved every day of our stay. The pictures do not do the outdoor spaces justice - the pool area is expansive and perfect for sunbathing and taking in the sights of the coast below you. Melia was a generous and gracious host and even went so far as to leave us a gift to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a rental in the Kona area.

Pure Aloha…both the accommodations and the host. Melia and her cute dog, Ginger greeted us each morning. Melia is a kind host who offered us recommendations and baked us banana bread. The unit is comfortable, clean, quite, and safe. It had every beach item you would need in the garage. It is in a perfect location on the Kona side. We can’t wait to go back. A hui hou, Melia and Ginger!

We stayed here for a little over 3 weeks in 2018 and again Jan 12th through Feb 6th, 2020. The suite is just as wonderful the second time around; clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with all the modern household amenities and beach accessories one could ask for. We also particularly enjoyed the evening BBQ’s & sunset views from the deck, great location with slightly cooler temperatures at this higher elevation, and gracious hospitality of Luke and his son Chad who live downstairs. I would like to thank Melia, Sam, Luke and Chad. Such great hosts. We had a last minute check in issue and they were more than helpful with the change. the location was perfect for us. We had plans to visit most of the Island and this was a very central starting point. The home was stocked with all that we needed including coffee for our first morning. (which was needed. LOL) The view was awesome! Hope to be back. Aloha!
