Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. We would book this unit again when we return. Beautiful grounds and pool area with ocean view. We appreciated the good communication with our property manager and the welcome kit with start-up supplies.
Very nice, supplied with everything we needed. We were here for our sons wedding and it worked very well for us. The only thing negative i can think of is the tub is a little slick and the top plug of the outlets by the bed didn't seem to work. The bottom ones do? Overall it was a very nice stay.

The room was great! Kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of supplies available for the beach! It was walking distance to a market and beach and sunsets watchable from next to the pool area. If you have young kids, just be aware that they do not like splashing, jumping or "excited play" in the pool area. There are a lot of full time residents there that don't like it Besides that, it was amazing!
The condo complex and pool was nice, right on the shoreline for great sunsets. Condo was clean with all the amenities expexted. Clean and comfortable, no complaints other than would prefer a keyless entry rather than having the lock box when you have your hands full.
We had a great stay. The property was big and nicely located. The facilities were great and our family loved the property. Any concerns were answered in a very timely manner.
The location and grounds were great and it was an excellent vacation.
We loved being close to town and some great beaches. We walked to Green Flash for coffee and smoothies every morning. Magic sands beach was our favorite beach on the whole island, and it was just down the road. The property had everything we needed. Only one complaint—we were disappointed that the pool wasn’t very kid-friendly. There was a long list of rules including no horseplay or games like Marco Polo. The pool is way too small for laps so I’m not sure what anyone would do in it if not play.
We had a terrific stay at this condo. The location is great and provides easy access to Kailua-Kona and nearby beaches and attractions. This particular unit is located adjacent to the parking lot rather than the ocean, but we found this convenient for loading in and loading out since we used it primarily as a home base for day trips and activities. The condo was spacious enough to accommodate our group of 6 adults and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. The bedrooms are large with plenty of closet space. The pool and hot tub area are nice, and the property opens up to a rocky shoreline where you can watch the waves and enjoy a peaceful sunset. The unit provides some beach chairs, towels and boogie boards, which was convenient. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again in a future visit to the island.

Very nice and clean condo. Appreciate the beach amenities household items that made it very home like. The Tupperware full of different needed items was very thoughtful so we didn’t have to go buy those items (coffee and filters, storage bags, dish and laundry soap, etc).Convenient location in Kona and walking distance to downtown.
We really enjoyed our stay here, we loved the location - at the beach (watching the waves), the pool, the closeness to town. Issue with A/C was resolved quickly. New appliances. Beach gear we could borrow. Thanks for the great stay!
We had a great stay at this property. The property manager was SUPER responsive to the one concern that we had during our stay and was able to get a small issue fixed and handled super quickly and to let us know how to fix it ourselves in the future.
This was a well stocked, great location safe and plenty of parking it covered all our needs. Although it could use some updating in furniture and linens, it met our all our needs for a great price..We enjoyed our time and we would return here again hopefully soon..Thank you we had a great vacation.
We loved our stay here. The condo was spacious with a great well stocked kitchen and two large comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. There was a private lanai with nice views of the ocean and beautiful landscaping. There was a large selection of beach equipment to make beach trips more fun. The location was close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The property had a great pool and hot tub with access to the shoreline with amazing sunsets. We did not use the tennis courts but they looked very nice. The parking was close to the condo and in the shade.
The condo was great for our group of 6. The pull out bed wasn’t very comfortable but that’s to be expected. Although the back lanai view wasn’t the greatest we still had views of all the beautiful flowers and plants. Loved that there were beach chairs, snorkel gear and even a couple coolers to take with us to the beach.
Location was very convenient. The condo had nice amenities. There were pool toys for our son. Beats staying at hotel and eating every meal out.
Plenty of room. The condo needs some TLC. Couch and chair were crippling. So uncomfortable. Mattress was not comfortable to me . Mine was too soft and noisy. My friend said her bed was good. Shower faucet needs repair before it comes out. Toilet ran. No view except in one corner. The place did its job even with the few necessary updating/ maintenance
Very good location for all that we wanted to do. This unit was a bit further from the ocean and the pool than we expected but not a far walk. Pool and patio area we wonderful for relaxing at the end of the day and watching whales.
This was the first time to Hawaii for three out of four of our group and the condo was the perfect home base to explore the island. The kitchen had all the basic equipment we needed to cook, which we did for most of our stay. The dishwasher didn’t work and the property manager had it replaced within a day. The ice machine in the fridge was very convenient and well used by our group.
We also made use of the snorkel gear, beach chairs and coolers. The beach gear was in fair used condition with some items showing some wear and tear.
One of our favourite features was the pool/cabana/shoreline common area. Every afternoon we would head down and enjoy the sunshine, staying until sunset. The beach is not swimmable but the lava rocks combined with the crashing waves to produce amazing sunset photos. The rocks are fun to climb on and explore for older children and adults. The landscaping of the property was nicely done.
The lanai (deck) was another one of our favourite features. This unit faces the end of another building which gave us a lot of privacy. The far end of the lanai has an ocean view (better seen from inside the unit.)
The location is great, right on the main drive but not too close to downtown.
Overall, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The mattresses were showing some wear as were the shower heads/bathtubs but everything was functional and clean. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided smelled great and worked just fine.
floors filthy--if walk around with socks on, they get brown/black, around the base of toilet dirty, edges of kitchen counters filthy. The bathroom rugs are mildewed and dirty
Floors were dirty, dishes in the cabinet were dirty, bathroom faucets were loose, slider in MB was broken, area outside extra bedroom has mold on the ground, there is mold behind the kitchen sink, AC in spare bedroom did not get cool.
This was the perfect place for our family stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer worked great, and we appreciated the items inside to make our stay even easier such as snorkel equipment and beach towels. We would definitely stay here again should we ever return to Kona. Thank you for allowing us to use your lovely home for our week away!
The condo is very roomy and has everything you need. The sofa and recliner are a bit tired and worn so could use updating. It's about a mile from the main area of restaurants and shops.
The apartment is very nice, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bed sheets are very nice and comfortable.
We liked that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Great condo at an excellent location. The condo had good facilities and my kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and ping pong. Easy access to the beach although we did not swim there but had fun checking out the waves and tide pools. Overall it worked out perfect for the 4 of us and would not hesitate to book again for any future trips.
