This condo offers 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with tiled floors and granite countertops in the kitchen. Kitchen is open to the living and dining room where you can enjoy the beautiful view from the floor to ceiling windows. The primary bedroom is located on the ocean side of the condo and offers a Cal King bed, flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, TV & easy access to the 2nd bathroom.
Country Club Villas property amenities include three pools with hot tubs, and two tennis courts--all surrounded by beautiful island landscaping. Quiet complex & location.
Country Club Villas is in the highly-sought area of Keauhou. You are a very short drive to downtown Kailua-Kona, or walk to one of the Shuttle pick-ups that will take you to downtown and beyond. Walk to famous Keauhou Bay where you can paddle board and ocean kayak. Great snorkel trips, including the famous night snorkel with manta rays, launch from the Bay or you can walk to Kahalu'u Beach Park - one of the best snorkel spots on the Big Island. Walk to shopping and great dining at Keauhou Shopping Center or to the Sheraton Keauhou for more dining, manta ray viewing or a luxurious day spa.
Minimum night varies seasonally, 7 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets allowed.

Property was great except the Marajuana smoke coming in through the AC unit at mauka room and the bird feces on the lanai chairs and railings when we first arrived... other then that it was a great place.

Lovely place - clean, quiet. So nice to have beach chairs& umbrella. Would definitely consider returning to this condo.

I enjoyed this getaway very much due to how great this unit was. It was easy to find, which is a blessing after a long flight, and was exactly as described and pictured. It is quiet, the only sounds were birds and occasional golfers. Beautiful grounds and easy to get anywhere you want.

We loved our stay here. The view as amazing with great sunsets. The location was perfect! Easy to go north to Kona area and beaches, and easy to go South to explore.
The accommodations were perfect and had everything we needed. We appreciated having a cooler, chairs and umbrella to take to the beach.

This was one of the nice places we have stayed at, with all of the supplies you could ever want or need. Location was nice and very quiet, the only set back we had was the ants that got in my cereal. But other than that, I still give it 5 stars all day long, thank you!!!

We have stayed in this unit many times over the years. It’s great to have the king size bed now instead of the queen. Place was clean and we love the views
The towels especially the beach towels could use refreshing
The artwork that was in the condo in the past was beautiful and seems to be all changed and is lacking style and interest but the views off the lanai is the most beautiful artwork. Can’t go wrong with that

This place is very clean and welcoming. It comes with more than everything you need! For around the same price as a lousy hotel room, you could stay here and have two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room, and ocean view patio!
