Starting September 3rd 2024 the Kanaloa parking lot will be re-paved. The project will be done in sections from Sept 3rd through the end of November. Work will usually be performed between Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm but work may be needed on Saturday and Sunday to maintain the schedule. Quiet, safe, clean grounds & property centrally located just 15 min north of Kona. Great amenities. Listening to the waves crash and view from the lanai is breathtaking. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The keauhou village is within walking distance with great restaurants, longs drug, KTA grocery market and a farmers market on Saturday’s where we got fresh fruit, limeade and vegetables. The condo came with everything we needed including a closet full of beach accessories. The owner was prompt with any concerns we had and we also had a property manager that went out of her way for us when we were out of some everyday needs. We would definitely stay again.

The grounds were very well kept and the pools were great especially the ocean side pool. The condo was nice and very well stocked. The furniture in the living area and upstairs could use an upgrade. Overall it was a nice stay.

Beautiful condo. My family and I enjoyed the lanai the most. The condo is right on the water and very private. We saw dolphins on multiple days. Tons of equipment for the beach.Thank you for sharing your home with us.
