The property was just as expected! Everything was great, including view, communication with owner, AC in each room for when needed, start up supplies and mattress topper! I was inspired to buy one for my bed when I returned home!
This unit was my favorite place we stay on our last trip to Hawaii. The unit was clean and spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool and grounds were very well taken care of with lots of parking. Would stay here again.

Beautiful view off the lanai! Very convenient location with many things within walking distance. After a very long day of travel, it was nice to not have to immediately make a Walmart run because condo had soap, toilet paper and paper towels available. Beach chairs and umbrellas available. Highly recommend this condo and the host has been amazing!!

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every minute! The apartment was perfect for 4 people. You can tell that a lot of attention to detail was made to ensure guests have everything they need, including all the kitchen accessories, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas. Breakfast on the lanai is amazing watching the waves roll in and you can’t beat the sunsets. Excellent location within 20 minute walk to luau, restaurants, and beaches. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Kona.
The condo was in a great location, not too far from town and an easy launching point. It overlooks the ocean and you can see out to sea and the Kona harbor. The condo is close to the pool but far enough for it not to be a disturbance. The condo is well outfitted and was very comfortable. The only things to really know about is there is only one set of adult fins and two kids fins (we brought our masks so didn't pay attention to how many of each there were)...wish I had brought my fins with me... and there are windows in the unit that provide zero sound dampening but it generally wasn't an issue - very quiet complex, just meant the waves were louder than they otherwise would have been. Overall, highly recommend this condo!

Marta was wonderful to work with and the condo was beautiful. It included everything you might need, such as spices, beach toys, beach chairs, etc. Sea Village was a well maintained complex-pool, grills cleaned daily.
My husband and I have been renting condos on the Big Island for years. This is one of the best. Beautiful setting. Very comfortable and well equipped. The host was very helpful in telling us firmness level of each bed and very communicative.
The view and location is awesome. Everything went as planned and easy to work with the owners. Short 20 minute walk to downtown.
Great location and beautiful views. We loved listening to the waves crash on the rocks. Unit has everything you need. The beach gear and washer/dryer were a huge bonus.
