Great location, big apartment, everything provided, fast responses from the management team.
Our stay was amazing. My favorite part was sitting on our Lenai listening to the surf. We wanted to play pickleball but there was no gear. I messaged the manager and by end of day they delivered a new set. We had bought a collapsable cooker and beach bag. We never even used them as they had what we needed including beach chairs. The place was stunning and comfortable and everything I needed to stop thinking about work.

very nice condo. I was very please to have much nicer furniture on lanei than in the Knutson site. Very nice breeze through both bedrooms. Well appointed. Disappointed that although there were lots and lots of tv stations, could not get currents stations with news, sports and shows. local mgr could not help when contacted. We hope to stay there again next year! should fix the kitchen faucet that sprays water when using the flex spout line. could use more supplies ie, toilet paper, soap, etc. Great spot and I recommend it to others!
Overall, very positive experience. One debit is cookware. Pots and pans are worn aluminum. In this day and age where people are concerned about the impact of microplastics in food container products, Teflon coatings and aluminum, some inexpensive stainless pans and pots would be a welcome addition.
Enjoyed mornings and evening overlooking the ocean and watching the sunrise and sunset. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for our days spent on the beach. One of my favorite properties we have stayed at!
This is a very nice unit. The king bed we used comfortable, nice kitchen, living area and especially the lanai. The views of the ocean and Kailua are beautiful. Watching the sunset doesn’t get much better than this. A few small things could be done to make this a 5-star property, such as installing new toilets because the current old ones barely flush, replacing the tower fan which is noisy and barely works, and upgrading the ceiling fans. The housekeepers could also scrub the bathrooms a bit better. Bua really great unit

This was my second stay at Keauhou Surf & Racquet which I highly recommend for its location, pool, gorgeous views, and lovely well-maintained grounds. I've had a great experience with Knutson both times. This condo is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax oceanside. The KTA market up the street has fresh ahi and organic produce, and our condo's modern kitchen had every pot and utensil we needed (but I always travel with my own sharp knife!). We enjoyed meals on the lanai. Beds are comfy, and we loved hearing the waves at night. The living room furniture is attractive and in good repair, and the carpeting felt so good to bare feet. There are ceiling fans in every room as well as large portable fans in the bedrooms, and there is a through-breeze from the sliding glass doors that open to the ocean, but be forewarned it does get hot in August!
This property exceeds expectations! The lovely photos actually don’t do it justice. It is beautifully laid out to take advantage of trade winds. Right on the coast, with stunning views and sunsets. Very well appointed (nice, comfy furniture in and out, functional kitchen). It’s also well located — shopping, coffee, restaurants and in town Kona are nearby. We rented a car to explore the island. Parking is clear! Very quiet too, mostly just the sound of the ocean and that’s a gentle sound. Highly recommended!
This listing was absolutely perfect! It was very clean, easy to locate, and gorgeous views. While this property does not have AC, we were very comfortable with the windows open and fans on. I would definitely return to this listing. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed including spices and oils for cooking/grilling. The washer and dryer were amazing to have in the unit as well. All of the beach accessories were greatly appreciated and in great condition! I would highly recommend this unit!
