This property is such a cozy place to dial in the views and tranquility! The location is ideal for summit and upcountry places, while being easily accessed from airport. Everything is well-stocked and clean. I appreciate the thoughtful details--from lap blankets, to beach chairs, to modern conveniences, to the warm welcome of the host. I will forever cherish the memories we made here.

This villa is beautiful and we highly recommend. Charlene and Celestine were exceptional hosts. Gave us tons of information on places to dine and things to do. The neighborhood is quiet, the property is actually a working farm. It was lovely for a quiet place to rest, but reasonably close to the airport. We all enjoyed staying there and would do it again.
I have Been coming out here for yrs, and My family and my self for the past 3 yrs out for are family vacation and we love this place!!! The best ABB we have stayed at!! Luxury without all the people around
We (four adult friends) had a great, relaxing stay at this home. It's upcountry, which means it's a 20-30 minute drive at least to most attractions, but the tradeoff is a beautiful view and a quiet space to come home to. (You're also much closer to Haleakala than staying in the more populated areas.) The house itself had everything we needed and was really comfortable - lots of outdoor space, equipped kitchen, space is as advertised. Crispin was really communicative and helpful, and being able to borrow beach gear from the house was a great bonus. We'd definitely stay again!
The property is very tranquil and in a quiet location with beautiful temps, especially in the evening and amazing views. The property is well stocked with everything you can ask for, including family entertainment such as board games, etc. - a home away from home! Crispin met us upon our arrival and went over the property - he was very informative and accommodating during our stay. Will definitely return Mahalo for everything

This location is absolutely perfect to reach every activity on Maui. Very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The view is beyond words. More provisions than you can use. The owners are full of valuable information to make your vacation perfect. The Kula Bistro is less than 2 miles, and serves breakfast and dinner.
The villa was spacious and provided great view from each room. We really enjoyed our stay. Well equipped. The host was really nice and friendly. We definitely want to come back again!
The home itself is a sanctuary and was hard to leave daily as we went out and explored the island but always looked forward to it in the evening. The mornings were equally amazing. Host was easy to get in touch with and answered questions quickly. Will definitely seek it out again when we return
We spent 8 wonderful days here in Kula and truly enjoyed the beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere of the upcountry. Hope to come again someday soon!

Char's home in Kula was exactly what me and my family were looking for to holiday in Maui (from Oahu). We love the remote and spacious feeling of the upcountry, the expansive views, the clear night skies, and the cross breezes. The house is beautifully laid out for both privacy and for coming together, especially in many outdoor areas. We also loved all of the books and games the house had to offer. There is ample furniture everywhere to enjoy the property, the views, and the birds singing. Char was such a kind host, offering fruit from the property, and firewood for the pit outside. The kitchen is fully stocked, unlike many bnb rentals nowadays. We were able to grill and cook with no issue. The location was a great jumping off point for Haleakala and Road to Hana. We actually wish we had more time to spend at home! Hope to visit again, sometime soon. Mahalo!

Had a great stay at the villa. Char met us at the driveway to familiarize us w the property. Private and relaxing with everything that you would need for house and the beach. Scenic views from every spot in the house. The bath house - best place to shower any time of day! Loved that there were cards and board games to play. Close to any activity or destination on the island. Thanks for a great adventure and lifelong memories.
The home was exactly as advertised with breathtaking views and close access to many of our desired excursions while in Maui. The host was very accommodating and we sincerely appreciated his time to familiarize us with the property. The host also provided everything anyone could need such as coolers, beach chairs, bug spray, and first-aid kit. Our family enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen as after our exhausting excursions, a home-cooked meal and the sunset view was the perfect end to our day. I felt privileged to have the opportunity to stay in this home that truthfully merits more than five stars!
Peaceful unobstructed view of Haleakala Lanai and Moloka’i beyond Kahalawai
We rented this property for a family vacation and everything here was as advertised. The hosts were amazing and informative. The property is centrally located on Maui and it’s not far of a drive to get to all the beautiful stops around the island. Come home and enjoy luxury, relax and watch the sunset from the lanai, then gaze at the stars. The only thing I regret is not spending more time there to have a couple of relaxed days. There is much to see on the island and days were bus. Hands down this is my favorite rental I’ve stayed at!!! 10 GOLD STARS
This property has stunning views and a beautiful design layout. We rented it as the bride and groom getaway and honeymoon stay during their wedding week versus a busy impersonal hotel suite. The wedding photographer and videograpers were enthralled with the picturesque opportunities presented by the homes layout. (No events are allowed at this location, this is just where the bridal party converged for preparation pictures). The property hosts were always quick to respond to questions and were there to welcome us upon arrival. Very nice touch. I strongly recommend this as a quiet, upscale home away from home.
