The incredible design of this home literally brings the outdoors in, creating a place to relax in peace and privacy with beautiful panoramic views ranging from the mountains to the sea from the living area and wrap around lanai.
Upon your arrival you will know that you are 'Somewhere Special'. A 40 foot wall of glass paneled mahogany doors lead out into your very own private tropical garden with a lava rock sunken spa and pond with a walkway that winds you through a rainbow of colored tropical flowers and palms. The lushly landscaped grounds include orchids, tropical plants, banana and palm trees which greet you swaying in the gentle breezes.
When you finally make your way back indoors you will find it tastefully appointed in an Modern design reflecting style and grace with tile flooring and a open Hawaiian style, spacious floor plan. A custom gourmet kitchen with an island and granite counter tops over Sapele cabinets and breakfast bar seating for six persons. The dining area has seating for up to 10 persons at a formal but relaxed setting.
Poipu Villa Vista is set up on two levels which offers privacy to families traveling together and is ideal for family reunions. The first level is an Ohana, which has a separate entrance through French doors. This was a spectacular home in an ideal location. We walked to the pool and beaches daily and found everything we needed in the home. It was ideal for myself, my children and 6 grandchildren--ages 1-13. I highly recommend staying here and working with Wendy--she was most helpful and responsive.

It was such a treat to vacation in this gorgeous, luxurious, peaceful, and spacious home with our extended family! The house had everything that you could have asked for. The views were amazing. Wonderful beaches and a great community pool/spa were within a 10 minute walk. The property manager was super nice and very accommodating. Minor issues were quickly addressed. Highly recommend this home!

We just completed a week's stay on Kauai. The location was ideal for many of the activities that Kauai has to offer. Stacy & Lauren were both responsive to any questions or needs that we had. We will most certainly stay here again in the future.

The house was absolutely perfect for our two families of 10! We loved the openess and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The driveway is definitely a climb, but as long as you approached and left at an angle it wasn't too bad. It was a great week!!

I can’t say enough about what an Amazing property this is. Wendy was a wonderful host providing us with “island favorites” for food and exploring before checking in. The home home was very spacious, comfortable, and beautiful! It was everything we hoped for! We were furnished with all the necessities we could ask for from kitchen appliances, to beach towels and beach equipment. Everything was included. The location was also perfect. This was truly an amazing property and we hope to return again some day!

Absolutely incredible home, even more spectacular than the pictures. We appreciated all of the thoughtful details in addition to the big-ticket features. The kitchen is loaded with everything we needed including super helpful extras like Tupperware, pantry items, and welcome beer and wine. So nice!
The house is simply fantastic. It was great to have a separate unit downstairs for our large family gathering. So many different nooks and crannies for morning coffee and cocktail hour. The kids loved exploring and taking over the downstairs when the adults got too adultish.
Wendy is such a generous host. Instant replies to any needs we had. Her on-island manager was also extra special. They were so kind to accommodate our needs.
I just can’t say enough good things about our experience. It was the perfect location for a splurge vacation celebrating my mom’s 80th. We hope to be back soon!

The Poipu Vista Villa is a large family oriented home with plenty of room to accommodate our family of 11. It is perfectly located in the Poipu Kai Resort area, close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Sand toys for the kids were provided along with a crib and stroller. We had a wonderful vacation. Beautiful home in a great location. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. Loved all the windows and doors that opened to a deck with an amazing view. Everything went smoothly and would definitely stay here again.

Our Ohana by blood and blessing (ages 2 months to 62 yrs) spent an unforgettable week in this exquisite and beautiful home in Koloa. Thoughtful touches, such as beach items, paper supplies, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and pantry dry goods, made our transition to vacation seamless. Wendy was prompt in responding to our needs. The location can’t be beat! Though beautiful, after staying in the North Shore on our previous visit, we will only return to Poipu — and hopefully this amazing home. We were a family of 6 and this house was great in terms of location and space. There is a separate entrance downstairs with a full apartment - this was good for the teens to have their own space. The upstairs is the real stunner though - newly updated, great views from the upstairs lanai and a nice breeze - backyard has a lovely hot tub and very nice tropical landscaping. Master suite is very large, beds were quite comfortable. House had everything we could possibly need - even something as random as a charger I forgot for our speaker, they had one! Bedroom AC units were very nice to have. Owners were prompt and responsive to a couple of minor issues we had. Location cannot be beat - 13 minutes walking with a surfboard to the far end of Poipu beach and less than 10 minutes to watch the sunrise at Shipwreck Beach. Our teens made the walk to Little Fish and Starbucks easily too. Overall, great spot for the start of our Kauai vacation!
