This is a perfect beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and spotting sea turtles! It is close to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many of Maui's top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach. Kamaole Sands is 15 acres of tropical grounds that features four tennis courts, an expansive pool area with wading pool, two spas, exercise facility, BBQ with outdoor dining area, and parking. Plus enjoy a Mai Tai party with Hula Show on Wednesdays.

Kamaole Sands 10-412 has a window A/C unit in the living area, is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo situated on the 4th floor that can accommodate up to 8 guests, but the listed rate is for up to 6 guests. Each additional guest will be charged $75 per day plus tax.
You'll enjoy ocean and West Maui Mountain views from this condo in the desirable building 10 location! The resort has an elevator for your convenient access to this 4th floor condo. Unit 10-412 has been recently upgraded with all new furnishings and décor. Enjoy the dining area for six and cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring new stainless-steel appliances. In the comfortable living room area you will find a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests and a flat screen TV equipped with cable.

The loft bedroom features a new king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination, flat screen TV, and ocean views! The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and twin size bunk beds. The guests' bathroom also has a shower/tub combination. This condo has a washer and dryer and complimentary WIFI.

We will provide one-time starter items for your convenience: dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. There will also be a one-time starter kit of Maui-made Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.

We arrived very late and were a tad confused where the office was but got settled in. The AC was much needed and everything so comfortable from the pillows to the mattresses. We have kids who can’t swim and they provided life jackets, bogey boards, and beach towels. I was impressed with the space and everything that was available to us. The beach was right across the street and, overall, the location was right in the middle of everything. We will be booking annual trips here in the future.
