Ekahi property grounds in the worst shape I’ve seen over 15 years staying at Ekahi. Dead grass, overgrown bougainvillea plants over walkways, walkways not blown off or swept entire stay. They dumped smelly manure in the grass mid stay. Unit was in poor condition, thick buildup of dust and grime on plantation shutters and wall art and ceiling fans, grimy walls and light fixtures, peeling wall coverings, dirty areas on walls, grime in corners and in baseboards, damaged ceiling in kitchen, icky discolorations in shower grout, shower glass so water spotted you could barely see through. Disappointed after many other great experiences at other Ekahi units over the years. No spare garbage bags or dishwasher tabs. Host was attentive and the pavilion was great. But this unit needs a thorough overhaul.
Everything about our stay was amazing. The condo was spacious and the view of the ocean from the lanai was stunning. We were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the kitchen was. In unit washer/dryer, a/c and ice maker were a plus. The proximity to the beach and pavilion pool was hard to beat and there is lots of beach equipment available onsite. This will be our new go to condo for future trips to Maui. I cannot recommend this condo enough and the host was very helpful and communicative leading up to our stay.
We had a great stay at Dave's place in Ekahi Village. Short stroll to the oceanfront pool, easy access to beach. Condo is stoked with beach chairs, toys, and a nice beach umbrella.We used the large air mattress for our 2 young kids,

Absolutely beautiful location! It was everything we were hoping for. What a wonderful place to stay and get away from the winter cold. Actually, it would be a great place to stay any time of year. This condo had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. We are planning on returning.
This is our forth time at Wailea Ekahi. This is a great unit with everything you need. The owner was responsive and accommodating . We are already planning on coming back! Mahalo to Dave!
31B has one of the best ground level unit views in Ekahi Village. The host is exceptionally responsive and easy to deal with.
Well stocked condo with a beautiful view! We loved being able to walk to the beach. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.
We had a fantastic stay in this spacious 1 bedroom condo, nice to have 2 full bathrooms. Our 3 year old slept on the huge firm air mattress and 5 year old on the sofa sleeper which had a great memory foam mattress.
Stocked with beach toys, beach wagon, boogie boards etc. Patio with awesome view opening up to green belt, easy walk to pool and beach.
This condo is ideally located, close to beaches and dining options. It was a very comfortable condo with a great ocean view. The owner was great to work with and the amenities such as beach chairs and umbrellas were all in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this host and this property.
We had an amazing time in 31B. The condo is the perfect location for easy pool/beach access. It has everything you need in the kitchen, to cook at the pool and a ton of beach toys! We really enjoyed the boogie boards and surf boards. David was incredibly helpful and responsive when needed. Thank you!
