Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at this condo. The kitchen and view were great! This unit was comfortable and quiet. Sitting on the patio was peaceful overlooking the garden area. The pictures on the listing give the impression that it was near the overlook I was a little disappointed at the very beginning. However, looking over the garden with the chickens and roosters running down below, was very peaceful and serene. People were not walking by and we felt like we were in a secluded area. The unit could use a little updating but other than that it was very comfortable and relaxing. due to the weather, we were not able to use the pool area but it looked inviting. It was handy to have the washer and dryer right here on site. The grill area was spotless and close to our unit. having the food trucks come every day was a nice touch. The location is very easy to get around Princeville in Hanalei area.

We had a great week here. The room was as promised, clean, and ready. Lots to do in Hanalei Bay a short drive away. Bed was comfy. The only two suggestions for improvement would be a more soundproof and sturdy front door as you share a hallway and a larger TV.

This condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay and is located in a lush tropical jungle only steps from the ocean: Beautiful vistas on groomed lawns facing the ocean, tennis and pickle bar courts, and an enviable location. The only negative was the roosters crowing loudly from 3 am till 7 … hard to sleep in.

We enjoyed our stay here. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything you would need. The kitchen blinds were broken and need replacing. It was warm, so we had the windows open first night but the roosters were pretty vocal throughout the night. So we shut the windows and put fans on. Slept well after that. We would definitely come back!
