This condo is an end unit with a wrap around lanai & no stairs even though it is a level above the ground, giving you the convenience of ground level access and the privacy and views of an upper level. There is a rocky coast, 60 feet or so, directly below the condo with easily approachable sandy beaches within a mile. This prime Princeville location is peaceful & serene with cool ocean breezes, spectacular sunsets and sunrises, and panoramic 180 degree ocean views from every room. In the winter months, you can watch the whales frolic and play. The unit is 'turnkey' (all linens, towels, cookware, dishes, beach items, etc., are included). Whale Watching : The humpback whale watching season is from November through April when the whales migrate to the warm Hawaiian waters to birth their young. German Marine biologists specifically reserved HollysKauaiCondo, so that they could monitor the whale migration 24/7 from the lanai, for their scientific study!

Panoramic views of the ocean from the lanai were spectacular. Quiet, well appointed accommodations were outstanding. The owner provided terrific recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to return.

This place is amazing. It has an incredible/balcony that is ideal for watching and hearing the ocean rolling in. We saw Humpback whales right from there nearly everyday of our stay. A well thought out and comfortable space for our family group or 4 adults.

Adored this condo! It's everything and more. 360 views DAY and NIGHT. Incredible views from every room. Nicely appointed - very thoughtful host! Evening stars put on a show every night - too many stars to count... Saw dolphins playing.. slept like a baby every night listening to the waves crash... One of my new favorite places and will definitely be back!

This was the first visit to Kauai and our stay at Alan and Vicki’s place set
the standard. The views are breath taking!!! Falling asleep to the roar of the pacific right outside was incredible. Very spacious and clean with everything you need. Also conveniently located to all of the North Shore places to see. If we return to Kauai it will will be a must!!!

So nice to have the entire ocean as your back Lanai view. We spent tons of time in Hanalei Bay, 12 minutes drive down the hill from this Princeville Condo. It's perfect balance of being very close to great beach that you drive a short distance to and have shopping and restaurants super close, but also have the ability to settle back into a very quiet neighborhood and watch the ocean while you are cooking your own meal and washing clothes to get ready for the next day of adventure. Don't miss the Turtel Cave hike down the hill in between buildings 2-3. 1 minute walk from this condo and a real treat to see huge turtles swimming and lumbering in the cave. Bring a flashlight and wear swim suits. Common Ground, 20 minutes away by car, was a fun regenerative farm tour and dinner. And The scallops at Bar Acuda in Hanalei were the best.

The views can’t be surpassed and Alan was the most helpful and responsive owner we have ever stayed with. We appreciated the supplies available. We spent the evenings in Hanalei and enjoyed ever second of our vacation.
