Our host, Tom, was fantastic to deal with. Check in and check out were a breeze. The condo worked very well for our family of 4. The resort is beautiful and maintained very well. 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely stay again!
A nice property right on the water front. Brand new appliances throughout the unit. Bed was very comfortable. Beach gear and towels a bonus. Unfortunately there were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Otherwise I would have given a 4 star rating
Good: communication with owner was top notch. He responded to all of my inquiries & was very helpful upon check in & check out. Unit location was great & neighborhood is quiet. The grounds are absolutely lovely & the pools are right on the ocean so great views. Unit was well equipped, (including beach essentials), lots of towels, extra linens, kitchen ware, etc. Unit had air conditioning ( a real necessity as it was very hot the week we were there) & full size W/D in the unit, which was a real plus. Free ice. Free garage parking out of the sun & rain also a plus. Staff are helpful & friendly. They have an orientation several times a week to help visitors get the most out their time on the island. We didn't attend so not sure if it turned out to be a timeshare presentation which we are definitely not interested in.
Not so good: Unit is quite dated & could use a refresh or at the least a very good professional deep cleaning. Things are a bit dirty. Smoke alarm looked ancient, hopefully it works. Unit smelled of mildew although I didn't really see any. We understand that due to the heat & moisture in Hawaii, it's hard to keep things dry but we've stayed at several condos on the Big Island & never experienced this smell.

The property was just as described. Room was quiet, bed super comfortable, kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. Both pools right on the ocean were great places to swim or sit in the shade listening to the waves. Great sunset and ocean views from several balcony seating areas.
Great place to stay! It was clean and great for our family vacation. Tom was a great host and very responsive.
Wonderful owner, very engaged and helpful, really nice place overlooking the ocean with Lookout Vantage points to watch the sunsets and also wonderful sunsets right from the patio at the condo!

Everything was nice, well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable which was much appreciated after busy touring days!
Nice property. We had no hot water. Tom got us a different unit and was very responsive and friendly. But we went 2 days with cold showers.
Tom was extremely responsive and made everything go smoothly. Condo is well stocked with paper and cooking supplies as well as towels and beach supplies. The property is conveniently located to all the shops and restaurants and is quiet with two pools. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return soon. Thank you Tom!!
The property was very clean. The kitchen had everything you might need. There were plenty of little touches that made my trip a breeze such as providing laundry detergent and dish soap, even a re-usable shopping bag for groceries. Everything was as advertised and the property manager's communication was excellent.
Spacious, king bed, nice lanai, exceptionally clean, all appliances are functional and full utensils. Cooler, launch chairs and body surf boards are provided. Host response and communications are timely and attentive. Will definitely stay again.
