Great choice, clean, comfortable and great location. Information from Evolve was timely and in depth.
This is a quiet detached 1 bedroom unit, with parking available in the large driveway of the main home. The area behind and to the side of the unit is green space, and the location is in a quiet neighborhood, which is great for those (like me) that wanted peace and quiet. Everything about the unit was as described, and was quite comfortable. The kitchen and appliances were well-stocked, with a small table and chairs for eating, although an outside table was also available. In short, I was quite happy.
Really perfect size for a couple, comfortable bed, great shower, location just above Magic Sands through a sweet little pathway. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice property, my Thanks to Aprils son who left the lights "on" at the main house so we could find the property in the dark! The rail delivered Mangos in the morning were very tasty! Thank You. Bery quit and peaceful place! I would stay again for sure. K eith Hammer SFC US Army ret.

A lovely cottage to spend our honeymoon. Only a few minutes walk from the lovely Magic Sands Beach. We were able to cook all our own food and were grateful for the pantry staples. All the provisions were more than expected.
One minor issue that the top windows in the bedroom did not have a curtain so the room was light early in the morning which made it hard to sleep in.
But we would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
It was very cute and clean. The location was amazing walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were also so friendly and kind.
The perfect setting for a Kona Side stay! April, your host, is fantastic and this was the most well appointed vacation rental we've ever stayed at, she thought of everything. The sitting area is private, facing the undeveloped island flora, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktail. A few short blocks and your at Magic Beach, and walking either way from there is more beaches in short distance. We could not recommend this rental more!

We stayed for 6 days, and it was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to a lovely location to watch experienced boarders and the sunset. And a quick drive to a perfect swimming and snorkeling beach. The cottage had all the amenities we needed to enjoy the beach. Host April was welcoming and gave us great recommendations. We truly appreciated the quiet while being close to Kona area activities. A perfect location to combine a beach and hiking vacation.
This is a back garden "cottage", which provides good and adequate accommodation. It is part of a purely residential area which has no immediate amenities - so there is no "holiday vibe". Magic sands beach is a 10 minute walk, but this is not for families or casual swimmers. We spent most of our time in Kailua-Kona and would have been happier staying closer to that area. The cottage itself is minimalistic with no special or endearing features, although we had no significant issues or reason to complain.
Great stay, great location, and quiet neighborhood. The property has everything one needs. My only suggestion would be to put black out curtains on the east side of the bedroom, including the top windows, since the sun rises early.
This location is one of a kind! The cottage is absolutely gorgeous and just a short walk down to the beach. They had many accommodations that allowed us to have an amazing honeymoon that won’t be forgotten. Thanks!

The cottage was delightful, well appointed, comfortable and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay there and would certainly consider renting it again if our travels take us to Kona.
This rental was great for my husband and my honeymoon. Super short walk to the beach. Great shopping 3 miles down and the rental had everything you’d need to cook at the property. There was also supplies in the bathroom like sunscreen and shower supplies. Wonderful quiet outdoor seating area where we drank coffee. Would definitely recommend and go back if I’m ever in Hawaii on the big island.
Absolutely amazing place. Plenty of room. Extremely comfortable. Quiet. Access to plenty of amenities and necessities such as washer/dryer, grill, outdoor patio, etc. The location is tranquil, peaceful, and perfectly situated to get to wherever you need to go.
The host was very kind and communicative about any questions that I had. She also did a great job honoring our space as guests. My wife and I felt that we had our own private little bungalow in Hawaii.
Highly recommend this place and will try to stay here the next time we come back to the island.

Hawaii was magical, and the house was everything we needed and didn't even know we needed! Being within walking distance of Magic Sands Beach as well as a public transit stop meant that we had so many options without having to find parking. It was not only convenient, but enjoyable. The house was so well stocked; every time we thought we might need a little something, we discovered it was already there (Bandaids, swimmers ear drops, cooking sprays and spices, etc). It was like staying at your best friend's house! Waking up to the natural light and birdsong was transformative, and was the perfect start to every day. There was good ventilation with windows and fans, plus AC when needed. Every little extra, from the available beach gear to the washer/dryer, made it a truly unforgettable experience. We can't wait to visit again!
Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Even though it’s in a neighborhood, the cottage backs up to a bit of open space so it has a sense of privacy.
