If you golf, this house on the golf course is for you! It was a great layout for adults as each couple had their own bed and bath. The Property Manager was very responsive to the issues we did encounter. The A/C does not function properly for the Master bed and bath upstairs but the Property Manager is aware and working on resolution.
The entire family was happy with our stay here. This included a twenty something with parents, to an 80 year old & others. We were pleasantly surprised with the proximity to a couple restaurants 3 driveways down, which had SPECTACULAR views & service. They accommodated our group six of 6 w/o reservations on a couple occasions. The view overlooking the golf course was amazing from the patio & balcony off the master. Our daughter loved her mountain view from her bedroom. The laundry, # of bathrooms, control over AC, kitchen, beach supplies & more made our stay ideal! We highly recommend this home, for your ultimate vacation stay with a group! Thank You so much!
We took our adult daughters, their husbands & our 3 yo grandson to Kauai to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary & this home was absolutely perfect! Location was gorgeous. House had all that we needed. Beds were very comfortable. My husband & I had the 2nd floor suite & it was like sleeping on your grandma’s screened in porch. After first night, we never used the a/c again. Every room was decorated beautifully. The views were spectacular with the mountains in front & golf course (hole 2 greens) & ocean from back. Garage had all we needed for beach trips. Definitely recommend walking over to Happy Talk (bar at resort across road) for the view & a Lava Flow. Note: opens at 3p, closed on Wed. Getting around the island takes a little time but slow down & enjoy the beauty. Waking to have coffee on the back patio each morning with the red headed Cardinals & the Nene’s was wonderful. You even get used to the free range roosters crowing around 4:15a everyday! We all hope house is available the next time we visit Kauai or we’ll probably be disappointed. They set the bar high!
We enjoyed our stay at this home! The location is perfect, and there are several patios that we spent most our time on.
Wonderful house! We were 4 adults and 3 teens/tweens and had plenty of room. All beds were very comfortable. Lots of beach gear in the garage (chairs, snorkel equipment), well equipped kitchen. Note that golf course maintenance starts around 6 am (quite loud in the upstairs master bedroom, so early risers or heavy sleepers should choose that room 😊). The bathroom upstairs is large and amazing. Overall, we had a great stay.
We took our children and their spouses to Kauai and loved our VRBO! It was perfect for us! Everyone had their own space and it was gorgeous and so clean! We would definitely stay here again!
While the house is beautiful, we encountered some frustrating issues that really impacted our experience.
The decor and atmosphere are lovely, but we had significant problems with the master bathroom shower and bath leaking through the ceiling. Despite reporting the issue, it wasn’t resolved during our stay, which was disappointing and concerning.
While I appreciate the aesthetic appeal of the home, the plumbing problems made it hard to fully enjoy our time there. I would recommend checking if these issues have been addressed before booking, as it could make a big difference in your experience.
This property beat all expectations we all could have imagined! The property was clean, ready on time, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The hosts have every appliance you could ever need and supply guests with anything they may need including fins, snorkels, and water shoes. I would highly recommend this property, and these hosts to anyone who looks at it! Thank you for maintaining such a beautiful rental property!
This is a beautiful, clean, spacious home in Princeville that had every amenity our family enjoyed. The home is comfortable, roomy, with a great kitchen, comfy beds, and lanais that were wonderful, especially the large one off the master bedroom which had a view of the golf course and the ocean beyond. The garage had bikes, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and even a surfboard! It was the perfect home to enjoy with our family. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful home and were surprised every day by the breathtaking views that surrounded it. We enjoyed all of the walking paths in the neighborhood and the bikes and snorkel gear that was provided. What a bonus to have Queens Bath and Hideaway Beach within walking distance of the house! We would love to vacation here again!

House was clean and comfortable as advertised. The setting of the house is beautiful and it is conveniently located for sightseeing and golf. The only slight downsides are its location right on the golf course (course management and mowing starts before dawn) and noisy neighbors.
Beautiful views from this well stocked and amazing house. We didn’t lack for anything while we cooked many meals there. The mattresses were so comfortable. The golf course community was beautiful and there were stores close by. We walked across the street to the restaurant and the views from there were incredible. We enjoyed live music. So impressed with the great communication with hosts. You will NOT be disappointed with this gorgeous home.
This location is paradise. Mountain view from the front. Ocean view from the back. Very close to beaches. Car rental is recommended to explore the entire island. House is not fully wheelchair accessible. My husband had to transfer using crutches and no shower chair. We rented shower chair at local medical supply. Highly recommend this property.
Absolutely loved this well appointed & comfortable home for a 5-day pre-Christmas stay with our 4 adult kids. It’s location on 2nd hole of the Maki GC was lovely, but we were pleasantly surprised that we were just steps away from the Hanalei Bay Resort, which included several restaurants. Also loved that a bit further on we had access to the gorgeous beach & bar at the fabulous One Resort.
