The unit itself was clean and well stocked - just your basic 1 BR condo. But the pool area was nice and not ever crowded and the location was convenient to everything. I liked being able to walk to the shops and to the beach. We had one question and the owners answered promptly. All in all a very nice home base for your trip.
We LOVED this property! The location is key. 10 mins from the airport, 30 mins to North Shore and 30 mins to Poipu. Great central location. There is shopping, Longs Drugs, dining and more all a 2-5 min walk. We rented bikes and did a couple of sunrise rides down mikes of a great boardwalk on the beach.
This condo was thought out! They had a fully stocked kitchen in case you want to cook to include basic oils and spices. Plenty of coffee and a tea kettle. Towels, blankets, fans, pillows for extra comfort. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and a lot more. Toiletries! Full size shampoo, conditioners and body wash options. Little things like playing cards, umbrellas and extra batteries.
Vivian was amazing to work with and we cannot wait to go back!
Condo was as advertised Excellent location to explore Kaui.
We planned excursions all over the island, it was a good location and easy to sleep , get up and go!
Enjoyed out 13 days at this lovely condo. The pool is right there and most of the time we had it to ourselves. Right next to the Coconut Marketplace and an Italian Restaurant plus walking distance to shops and other restaurants. Excellent communication with the owner. If you plan on staying here, make sure you check the upper cupboards, on the right, when you walk in. Tons of laundry soap, bug spray, sunscreen, and many other things left by previous guests. A great place to stay.
We traveled to Kauai for a college graduation celebration for my two daughters We were on the go daily but were also able to relax and enjoy the beach front that is across the street from the condo complex, explore shopping and find a relaxing place to have drinks and enjoy outdoor games because we were right next to Coconut market. We also enjoyed the hot tub and poos when we had some downtime.
The host, Vivian, was very responsive throughout the planning and gave ample information and recommendations on where to dine, shop, etc.
the only issue we had was that the hide-a-bed in the quaint living space was broken so the girls had to blow up an air mattress daily, which created a space crunch and disarray so we were not easily able to enjoy sitting around inside. That being said, the Lanai was wonderful💜
Property is in a great location for most things in Kauai. It is a little dated and air conditioning doesn’t cool that well. All in all a good choice.
First of all, I just want to say how great Vivian and Lyle are! They were extremely helpful. Even when I got my dates mixed up, they made it so easy and I’m so thankful that we were able to stay here. The place is super cute and perfect for couples or families. We were able to cook our own food and the drive to the north and south side of the island fairly easy. Great spot for the beach and other activities. We are definitely going to come back!
Close to everything since we did not have a car
Very happy with our stay. The condo was clean and exactly as described. Our host was prompt and responsive with instructions for check-in and check-out. Location was convenient, as it’s near a grocery store and restaurants. My husband and I would gladly stay here again.
The grounds were pretty and location good. This was my third condo while traveling through the islands. It was more expensive (perhaps Kauai is more than Kona and Maui??) but the least inviting. The condo could use a significant update throughout.
