The living room receives a nice ocean breeze from the lanai which overlooks Waikiki. Conveniently located between Diamond Head and Waikiki's main shopping district, the building is just a short walk into Waikiki for dining, shopping, and entertainment. World-famous Waikiki Beach is just a short walk away. Kapiolani Park, Honolulu Zoo and the Waikiki Aquarium are also a short distance away.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a little messy when we arrived (dusty bathroom vent, chandelier) and was super hot. The hide-a-bed (sofa bed) was also not that great. Advice, just pull the mattress off and use on the floor. Wasn’t a fan of having to pay $2 to use the electric BBQ’s on floor six. The television remotes had dead batteries, but that’s ok because we didn’t stick around. Parking was good for a standard rental jeep. Noisy city, but if you want to relax...go to Maui instead. Staff were doing repairs all around; and they mean well. Wish the price was a little lower.would be nice to let adults use hot tub up until 2am. Not all of us are drunk party goer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, condo very dated, beds very small, some furnishings worn. Could use a fresh coat of paint. Property was clean would stay there again.

    Overall good value & well positioned. However the condo needs a deep clean as carpets, soft furnishings and hard floors were grubby. Glassware and chinaware also needed checking as some were not clean Beds were comfortable

    This rental was great, super family friendly and clean. The location was perfect too because we had several options around us to keep us busy. I just wish there were more towels and detergent to wash clothes as well as extra trash bags since we stayed a week there. Other than that, no complaints.

    Overall the condo was good. Was a few issues with the tile on the patio and the AC unit leaking water into the living space.

However,, the carpet in the unit was badly stained in several areas although it seemed otherwise clean. the sofa was extremely uncomfortable. the unit was lacking in supplies, namely dish towels, no beach towels and one towel bar only in the bathroom.Who only uses one towel in a unit that accommodates 6 people? Also the air conditioner leaked water continuously and the tiles on the deck were loose and a bit hazardous.

The location is central to downtown Waikiki, 5 minutes walk to the beach, and other shipping areas are within walking distance. The check in process is a breeze and the host is quick in answering any questions we had. This place includes covered parking which is very convenient! The full kitchen is also a plus as it saved us a lot of money from eating out. A few recommendations -1. The carpet in the living room needs a deep clean. We noticed stains in several areas of the living room carpet when we checked in.2. If you’re concerned about COVID, we recommend that you take some time to wash the linens it provided when you check in. The coin-operated washer and dryer are located on the same floor which is convenient.Other than that, everything is great. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!
