Great hotel excellent location. Views were amazing. Great communication from Lani. Room had everything we needed down to umbrella and chairs for the beach. Will defiantly be coming back to stay.
I wanted to make my daughter’s first trip to Honolulu a special one! This apartment overlooks both the city of Waikiki and the ocean. The room was clean and had all the amenities one could ask for on a beach vacation (beach chairs, towels, umbrella, etc). Lani was wonderful to work with, and made the check in process a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.
Our stay was great, the location was very central and had an awesome view. I have stayed at the Pacific Monarch a number of times and love the hotel. The staff is very friendly.
Older building and our unit could use some updates . Had to call about the tub faucet that was almost impossible to operate, and a handyman was dispatched to fix the issue. Hard to believe no one else before us ( or even the cleaner) experienced or reported this. Safe needed batteries, and the AC remote probably did as well as it didn’t work. Too bad things aren’t checked before new tenants arrive. Could use a few more kitchen utensils ie strainer, kettle, smaller paring knife etc. but I suppose not all people do much cooking at home. I had asked before arriving if there were salt,pepper etc and was told yes, but there was nothing at all. All in all had fantastic views but was not told before hand the rooftop pool would not be open …may have changed our minds if we had known before cancellation deadline.

The property was a little dated, but had a beautiful view of the mountains and you could see a partial view of the ocean.the room was very clean and Lani was easy to reach. Check in was easy. We would definitely recommend staying there and hope to come back again.
The condo was as described and perfect for our vacation! The view from the deck was even better than expected, beautiful sunsets and ocean view. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was clean. The unit is dated but was clean and comfortable. Would recommend and hope to be back again!

The Pacific Monarch is in a great location. The unit had a great view. Lani, the host, was easy to contact and very helpful. I do not hesitate to recommend this listing.
Great location. Host was accommodating with our request for a 3rd beach chair and towel. Clean place and well equipped. A/C needs some figuring out by placing fans adequately for air flow.
This was a fantastic place to find on the Penthouse floor with a great view!! Lani, the property owner was very supportive and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen worked very well. Just watch out for your hat or glasses on the balcony. Such a breath taking view of the Ocean. However, if the wind picks up, make sure you have everything button downed.
The one recommendation I would have for the property manager is to have more of an instruction book at the property that includes how to manage the TV and internet and other appliances. That would be awesome.
