We absolutely loved staying here in Princeville. Location was top on the list, but the property is very well taken care of and has plenty to do when not at the beach. People who run the property are also wonderful!!! Definitely want to stay here again.

Stayed for a week during which we were married and honeymooned. Such a nice property, fantastic amenities such as pools/spas/brand new grills. Used all of them. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Bali Hai Villas 4 years ago, that was an enjoyable experience. However, that was definitely NOT our experience this time! The unit we stayed in was very run down. There was mold and painted over dry rot in the bathrooms. There were lots of ants, which we did bring to the management’s attention and supposedly they sprayed something which did not take care of the issue. We were there for 16 nights and towels and sheets were only changed once unless we wanted to pay a ridiculous fee. We had to ask for more than 4 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 16 days. A kitchen cupboard door was coming off the hinges. Outside our lanai was a waterfall and small pool that they put some chemical in that was so strong we had watery eyes and headaches from it. Management gave us an extra fan to solve that problem which did not work. One night we came home late in the pouring rain and had just brought several bags of groceries upstairs to our unit to put away only to find out all of our key cards had been disabled and we could not get inside. Management could not explain why that happened. Management spent more time trying to get us to book a time to listen to their story about buying one of their timeshares. They even called our emergency contact number during the day while we were out to remind us to come to their timeshare meetings (no one wants to get a call from the place you are staying on vacation from management when you are out for the day unless it is an emergency.) Management even continued to call us after we told them we were definitely not interested in buying a timeshare. If they spent as much time taking care of the units as they did trying to sell them it might have been a different story. We can definitely say we will not be staying at Wyndam Bali Hai ever again. If I were a timeshare owner at Bai Hai Villas I would definitely wonder how my money and yearly "maintenance" fees were being spent!
