Waipouli was a beautiful resort and our unit was wonderful. Very clean and all the amenities you would need. Only complaint would be the restaurant/bar of the resort was not open very much of the stay and very pricey. We would definitely stay here again and had the best time in Kaua’i!

Location was great. Walking distant to grocery stores and shops right across the street. A mile away, there’s a little town with plenty of restaurants, shops and a ABC store. There’s also a vacuum (coin-$2.00/15 mins) station around there for all the Turo rentals. Our only complaints; water heater wasn’t the best. There’s two master bathrooms but you’re not able to use both showers at the same time, theres always a lucky one who gets cold water. The glass top to the living room coffee table didn’t have the rubber stoppers which made it super slippery, had to put it away before the adults or our kids accidentally knocks it off the table and have glass everywhere and get charged for it.. and lastly the refrigerator doors that we had to always wrestle with just to get it open. There’s a sticker on the freezer side that says it takes 2-3 mins for the pressure to release after closing.. that’s not the case, we waited over 10 mins and figure it was defected . You have to run your finger down the seal to release and open, every single time.. The unit had enough space for four adults and four kids ranging from 4-10. The sofa bed in the living room helped make it possible. Unit also provided four beach chairs, two bodyboards and one small cooler. Would definitely recommend this place for family with kids. All of our kids loved the pool area, highlight of their trip!

We really enjoyed the entire experience, the property has an excellent location, friendly staff, well maintained facilities, and is very family friendly. We have stayed in this complex twice and will happily do so again in the future.

The property was perfect for our family (2 teen boys). It’s walking distance to the grocery store, several restaurants and shops. It’s centrally located to the north and south shore and only a few miles to our favorite beach - Kealia beach. We used the beach chairs and boogie boards provided. The property was spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen. The pool and hot tub were great and the beach was calm and quiet. Would definitely recommend this property to families!
