It's an excellent place to stay. The property is beautiful. The option to relax at the pool or on the beach was great. The location is convenient any adventures on the island.. Candance responded immediately to any concerns.
Pleasantly surprised that the reality surpassed the photos of the resort and property, Sometimes the photos on the listing do not reflect the reality accurately. But I’m happy to report that this property had everything we needed in a beautiful location.
The condo is very comfortable and has great views. Communication with the manager was also easy.
Central, and great for kids
Candace’s condo on the 4th floor in building C was perfect for our family! It overlooks the entire pool, had the essential beach gear (4 beach chairs & small cooler), and has a partial ocean view. Check in was easy (simply provided the door code) and they utilize a hospitality app to give you ideas of activities, places to eat, and all the basics (WiFi code, maintenance requests, and mobile check out). Thanks again & would highly recommend!

The condo had a great layout for our group. With 2 balconies and 3 bathrooms there was plenty of room.
With four adults and two grandkids, I knew this would be the type of vacation where we just did a lot of hanging out by the pool. And this is the perfect property to do just that. Sandy bottom kids pool was a big hit. Adjacency to the beach and Safeway made it so we didn’t have to waste money renting a car. . Friendly staff, great host communications. Thank you!
Waipouli Beach Resort in Kapaa is a great place to stay, grounds are well kept, beach is beautiful, Kauai Calls was an excellent host to deal with, thank you Candace! Kapaa is central on the island, so it was easy to explore north and south on the island. We will be back!
Was an amazing place to stay.
This beautiful condo is equipped with a super-comfortable bed and high-end appliances, including a beautiful oversized refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for cooking. There are no beach towels and no beach umbrella, so you are on your own if you want to go to the beach. Definitely book this!
We have stayed at the Waipouli resort many times as we love the location, the resort and the amenities of the resort. However, this may have been our favorite condo in the resort so far as we enjoyed the two separate beds for the children, the views of the resort and pool and the easy access to the pool and parking. And if needed, management company responds very quickly to any questions.
The unit was old, worn and dated, stained upholstery, couch well worn, broken lamp, dryer didn’t work, electric glass stovetop had a short in it so it turned off constantly or shut itself off without warning and went into lock-mode, carpet old, walls marked up. The description and the photos online are embellished and misleading. The pool had an area under construction right at our balcony so we stared at a construction zone. Overall, very disappointed and we feel mislead.
I loved everything about this property!
We met family in Kauai and had a fantastic time. The view was great, close walk to the beach. The pool was clean and very pretty. Great place for families. Would consider staying here again.
We had an overall awesome experience staying here. The location is very close to a lot of shopping/food and attractions and only 15 minutes to airport. My only two issues is that we were only allotted 6 beach towels but there were 8 of us staying at the condo. Also, hot water ran out rather quickly. Though we would definitely stay here again.
Waipouli Beach Resort is by far top notch stay in Kauai. Gorgeous location, and spacious living space, comfortable beds, full kitchen, clean everything, and perfect place to enjoy your Kauai vacation. A MUST!!!!

Awesome property and unit.
My family stayed here mid December, condo was very clean and check in process was easy. My kids absolutely loved the pool! We enjoyed the central location, close to many restaurants, food trucks, with a Safeway across the street. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Kapaa.
We did struggle using the stove top. It didn't work well. It would continuously beep or turn off. We had to use the oven and we ate out a lot. Great views, beautiful grounds, pool, etc.
It's was two in one experience of a resort and a private property. Well maintained outdoor emenities, excellent pool for adults and kids, food, shopping and ocean. Nicest beaches nearby. Recommend lydegate beach for snorkeling beginners. It is in center of island.
